In any case, given how damned good Planet Coaster 2 is looking, I'm finding my excitement for the final DLC waning considerably in the face of the infinite potential of Planet Zoo 2. I'm more eager to see if that appears in the next two or three years than I am to watch a tree kangaroo stutter around a janky climbing system. I'm even considering buying Coaster 2 just to get a hang of the new features.
We are twins on this one. I am curious to see the new pack, but mentally I'm alreday like: "Fast forward the next years, I want PZ2."
And the main reason I actually did buy and pre-order PC2 is to get a head start of the new building mechanics and pathes. (And silly me had to buy the deluxe version because while I know nothing about theme parks, I am a sucker for vintage rides... well done, Frontier, for catching me, ugh).
I wanted the baboon for a long time and the tree kangaroo for a long time, but the rest of the potential roster just doesn't excite me and I can't stop thinking about how much easier building pools and habitats for sem-aquatic animals will be in PZ2 and how I look forward even trying career and challenge mode in PZ2 with the new and improved management features and better powering of stuff and all that.
And yes, as much as I love to have the tree kangaroo, the climbing in PZ is an issue and I begin to just realise how old the game is - which doesn't mean I will not enjoy it A LOT still until PZ2 comes, but.... yeah, I'm ready. Unconfirmed game or not. Totally high on hopium and I don't care.
