Nothing still... At least today's my day off! Tomorrow, too. Which is nice in case they don't announce it till tomorrow morning. I was seriously considering calling in yesterday. Since there wasn't any news yesterday and work was busy enough yesterday that I'm glad I didn't... I hope I don't wish my days off away though!

Only now there is a full trailer, not 15 seconds, but still strange that they made two posts about the same thing

Normally I would agree, but they do actually post at full hours. Just a few examples from the first page of the news section:

Well, I wasn't fully convinced we'd get a trailer before the stream because of this DLC console bundle. But I did not expect them to double-down and just post the console trailer twice. :ROFLMAO:

I'm guessing all we get today is some verbal info. No trailer during the stream.

I’m expecting something, even if it is just a megalodon type tease.

My current thinking is they might throw out a verbal teaser that maybe teases at the general theme of the pack and when we might expect a formal announcement. This would prime the pump for their socials, keep people chatting, etc. And, especially given that they've already posted that console trailer twice I just don't see a PC DLC reveal today, sadly.

I'm also just not thinking they do any sort of major reveal on the stream. That's big enough that they would be a bit more direct in the announcement to get people watching. But they don't get much benefit from a split-platform livestream compared to, say, dropping the trailer on YouTube and their socials.

So my guess now is a tease today with a reveal on a later date.

But file this one under: "I want to be wrong."

I mean if we don't get a forum post before the stream, there's no way they're announcing it then without a post. So probably tease, with announcement tomorrow (or later 💀)

I mean I say "no way" like I now any better, but maybe it's better to say: "I find it highly unlikely"

Edit: Maybe announcement on stream, and we get a post right after it ends? 🤷‍♂️

Seriously, what if they teased ONLY your most wanted animal? How would the community as a whole feel. i.e. how selfish is your want? An animal I hope to see the most is Bat-eared Fox. The community would be very almost upset I could imagine.
