I'm contemplating my life choices after travelling for about six weeks to find that the Explorer's Bar and Grill does not, in fact, have a bar 😢

I made the trip without using any third-party tools and sparing use of jumponium, in an AspX with 70-73ly jump range.

Yes, in a few places to get first footfall. It's extremely sluggish, so anything over 0.5g you ought to be careful landing, and anything over 1g you ought to treat it as if you're landing on Strong G. One slam into the ground and you're probably dead, even with the engineered bulkhead. Keep in mind this thing can't boost because of the power distributor. It's min-maxed in this way because otherwise it won't be possible to get 4D thrusters on. Even with the smallest shield generator I'm pretty sure the thrusters can't be added due to maximum mass constraints.

Après des mois de navigation loin de la bulle sur la trace des premiers explorateurs je suis arrivé à Hypau Aec IO-Z d13-0.
Je suis réellement admiratif de ces commandants des premières heures qui sont parvenus aussi profondément dans la galaxie avec les moyens réduit de l'époque. Moi qui suis incapable de lire une carte j'ai eu la facilité d'avoir à ma disposition des outils et des indications de mes prédécesseurs qui m’ont permis de parvenir dans des contrées reculées relativement facilement.
Je vais aller au bar boire un ou plutôt plusieurs verres de pur malt et négocier avec le barman pour en emporter quelques bouteilles, car j'ai épuisé ma réserve il y a bien des semaines maintenant.
Je ne vais pas m'attarder trop longtemps sur le fleet carrier afin de poursuivre mon voyage vers les points d'intérêts que j'ai encore à découvrir.

One thing of note. I really expected your employees to have been a little more chatty, and excited to see someone new, given the assignment they've been lumbered with, but no such luck:

Would love to visit, in fact this is where I'm currently aiming for but I'm experiencing extreme gravitas plotting a course. I'm currently holed up in Hypao Aed UD-K d8-0, 760 ly away in my Anaconda (Nervous Energy) with a jump range of 82 ly. So in a straight line I could be there in 30 minutes and I'm extremely thirsty. Any suggestions as to the best route from here?

Your accomodation wasn't easy to reach, but with some jumponium I managed to get there. You are a beacon of light in the dark and empty void and you ought to get a medal for that.
The view was very nice and the facilities were topnotch after spending so much time in the black. The bar appeared to be closed, but after asking around, a crewmember showed me where the 'unofficial' bar was. I can't remember much of the rest of the night.

Hello all, Heavy Johnson here, owner (retired) of the Bar & Grill,

Some of our new pilots may not be aware that the walking-on-foot features of the Fleet Carriers were released years after the original deployment of the Fleet Carriers, and that it is in fact impossible to add some of those services - including the bar! - without flying back to the Bubble.

We're not going back to the bubble. Most of the original members stopped playing years ago.

Unless circumstances change, the cash for the bar will run out around Feburary, 2026, after which it will go dark.
