Aw that's a shame! Do you want to submit anyway? We relaxed the rules after it started so it can be any islands...do you have an older save file from before the water mishap? I wish water were easier to work with!ok I take it back! I won't be submitting to this round, D:
I got the rules wrong and did islands in different parts of the world,
then in a last attempt to switch the islands to be all indonesian... I messed with the water level and wrecked everything lol!
But I will definitely join in the next one (especially if it is holiday themed!) and I will definitely vote on this round!
But I won't be submitting to the island round afterall, but I am happy to be back on this thread

Awh well it is a fair and robust enough system for you to be scored, I love your builds, they really added to the competition, totally your call but its defo fair enough for you to be in the comps too. i.e., if 10 people scored you in round 1 you could get 200 points...now you could get 450!No rush my dear, we're still waiting for a couple of peeps. If you won't be able to do it today let me know and I'll screenshot again, and just try to remember for next time
Aesthetics sounds like its just a little bit inspired by my entry xdHere's a sneak peek at the new scoring form! Let me know what you think. Changes explained below.

Changes and rationale
- Questions and prompts added below each scoring category to help scorers differentiate and understand what they are scoring for each category.
- Max points increased to 10 to allow for more accurate scoring.
- Realism changed to Level of Detail: because realism isn't always the goal, for example in fantasy-themed builds.
- Beauty changed to Aesthetics: similarly because the builder's intention might not be to make something look pretty, but to make it look old and crumbling, repurposed, or functional etc. So it's more about it looking how the builder wanted it to look. But also, if something does look beautiful, this is where that can be recognised.
- Met the brief has been added to score on how well the entry achieved the goal of the competition. A build could be really really good, but not really meet the theme. This worked well last round so we'll keep it.
- Animal Welfare changed to Guest and Animal Needs: there were mixed views on whether this category should be kept or not. I gave it a lot of thought and in the end have compromised by expanding it to take guests into account as well, and limited the scoring to a max of 5 points, so it gets half the weight of the other categories. This means that people who really think about their animal welfare and guests can get some extra points here, without taking too much away from people who are more focused on aesthetics over gameplay.
Max points for each person is now 45 points (up from 20 originally) - this will allow for a much wider range of scores so expect fewer ties and bigger differences in the score charts coming up
