I don't use mods because I like playing franchise so those animal blueprints are the next best thing

Well, managed to use a loan to add 4 more exhibits for auto sell profit and started making some money back on my most complete zoo for the challenge.
And then the lizards started aging up, so additional money then.
A second loan to make the last habitat ( for the challenge )
Everything is technically in place barring another look at profit making and finishing up the greenery so, should be ready to finish in time.

Basically ended up getting a 50k loan to finish up the greenery, so yep, the zoo is technically dead and will just be a source of animals. Hopefully between cash sales of the various animals when needed ( usually due to space or cash requirements ) things will improve and its expansion considerations can be reconsidered at a later date. Anyway ..
