Care to share a build? A decent fit for the phantom has always eluded me.

Sure! But maybe after the CG concludes, I had to use a hodge podge of modules after several failed attempts to make the Crusader viable for PP 2.0 just to get the Phantom ready in time.

I can see where I need to make engineering changes but the necessary trips will take too long for now so my current build remains half baked and kludgy.

Explorers not making any progress ... will fdev god-hand it today to give them the weekend, or just leave it in the hope explorers can get organised at the weekend?

Explorers still creeping up. Gonna have to put in some effort today!

Just a heads up. After a few million in bounties the NPC wanted ships in the HazRes get tougher. More shields & shield cell banks, more armour etc.

When the ships you use to kill quickly start shrugging your attacks off, it's a sign to do bounty hunting somewhere else in the system.

I think that's just spawn RNG, and that the instance spawning table doesn't vary once you're in the instance. That's how it's always been, at least, and I'm not seeing any such behavior over in the Pirate Activity POIs - where I have been resetting the instance to get more favorable spawn tables (looking for more wings of smaller ships, less FDLs/chieftains since they have the most phasing weapons).

What I do find interesting is how the "Pirate Activity Detected" POIs continue to appear and disappear over time... do they have an internal timer, or a hidden pool of 'hitpoints' that get depleted by bounty farming and then disappear once it reaches 0?

I'm out there.... somewhere... in the deep black... exploring, scanning...

Was hoping to come back and join the CG... then sell all my data...

But the CG if I understand... WAS scheduled to end on the 13th?

So when I logged in on the 13th to start flying back, I get an email in my ship telling me about this Lockdown.

So what happens when this lockdown ends? Does the CG promptly end because its already passed the end date, and do I miss my opportunity to fly back and sell my data?

CG has been extended until Tuesday.

One thing I have noticed over the last few days, which I've never seen before in a CG - the number of contributions and contributors is dropping! Presumably because commanders are abandoning the CG - but why? Even if the Lockdown continues and the CG finishes without any further input, everyone who has contributed will still get their rewards.... so what's the point?

Could it be misinformation? Maybe we should all broadcast the facts in the local system chat whenever we drop in to play ( re: HIP 90578).

It is disturbing, to say the least 😟

Maybe they checked their position and hit the wrong option to exit?

It's possible they don't have anything turned in in the 1st place and now that it's impossible to, they doing it to clear their logs.
No.

You don’t get listed as a contributor by signing up alone you actually have to turn something in as well.

Many years ago CG stats were based on players who had just signed up but that was remedied.
