Permanently unable to load, I'm afraid - you used the wrong web browser to report it and the issue is irrepairably corrupted.

The right web browser changes on a daily basis. Edge worked for me while others claim that Edge is the only one which doesn't work; the common thread might be that using a "fresh" web browser that doesn't have security extensions, saved cookies, or anything else which might upset the bug tracker is necessary ... or that might be irrelevant.

You can tell if it's going to happen by checking the compulsory fields at Step 3 about OS, computer setup, etc. - if there aren't that many of them, then their absence will cause this to quietly happen after you finally submit.

Has anyone ever gathered enough data to test the browser hypothesis? My first guess would be that it is not related to the browser at all (essentially random from user’s point of view), although cookies might make the issue persist until they are cleared or expire.
 
It is currently not possible to toggle filters in galaxy map display options when using a controller or keyboard.
-only mouse functions for toggling filters.

The flyout caret worked fine for a long time and stopped doing so a couple of updates back.
-it's only gotten critical now that we have the thargoids and upcoming powerplay 2 otw.

I’ve just checked and you cannot change the Galaxy map filters with a controller until you mouse-over the filter box - at which point the controller becomes able to alter the checkboxes.

While this isn't my ticket I can imagine a fair few have been affected by this. I've seen this when running mixed berth types (economy/business/first) and can reproduce it regularly.

Edit: and as part of cancelling the mission I get a "change of destination" request. Which would explain why the mission didn't want to complete at Cornwallis station.

Hopefully people can confirm that a percentage of telepresence multicrew gunners have not yet received their CG FSD rewards.

Same here. Contribute to one and report the other as a duplicate. (In this case I suggest contributing to #70278, because #70118 was obviously written by someone who can’t spell.)

BTW, if you report an issue as a duplicate, include a link to the duplicated issue in a comment — the issue tracker asks you to select the duplicated issue(s) via a separate input box, but will not display this information to users.
 
Helpful hint for Issue Tracker searches - try to use a single word and then use the filters.

For the current fleet carrier problems you could search “transfer” and filter by “confirmed” and you would see these results:

I’ve just successfully used the freecam in the camera suite while on foot and also in a Cobra Mk3 & Mandalay (in normal space, SuperCruise & in the hangar).

I can’t confirm your issue, sorry.
Hmm, it doesn't seem to hit every player. Could you tell me your graphics card & OS?
