Master List of ALL cosmetic items in my account?

Question:

I am looking for an easy way to see a master list of all your in-game "inventory" of cosmetic items?

This list should include items purchased with ARX, real money, earned in-game via CGs, and twitch drops.

Once upon a time someone linked to something like this and I can't for the life of me find it. I believe it was part of https://www.elitedangerous.com/store/ and had the word "entitlements" in there somewhere.

I am not talking about "purchase history" in the Frontier Account. (this only shows money transactions and not individual cosmetic items)


Anyone know how to find this master list of "entitlements"?

The "My Entitlements" link you were looking for was the one in this post

However a few days after I posted it, the page was removed. I had thought when I posted that the link (to get there) was missing from the site menu due to an oversight, but when the deep-link got killed so soon after I posted it I now assume it was removed from the menu to stop us accessing our information and when we found a way to continue to access it, that was removed as well.

I opened a support ticket, but the response was basically just a shrug with no information:

"Looks like that page no longer exist in the current user portal.
If you are looking to download the ED game launcher or other digital extras (if you own any), you might want to take a look at https://www.frontierstore.net/downloadable/customer/products/ instead."

I'm not aware of any way to access information about the cosmetics we own that still works. If anyone knows of any please say something!

Currently I load the game, and at the main menu, select Game Extras, then from that menu select Vehicle Extras etc. But this does not give us all the info we used to have, such as purchase date, price, etc

Previously, the product you bought (on PC at least) were cosmetic items, which were listed accordingly in your purchasing history.

The product you're buying now is Arx packs, which are listed in your purchasing history.

As for cosmetic items purchased with Arx... Oh look behind you, a three headed monkey!

Previously you had a purchase history (which tracked financial purchases, eg not cosmetics gained through events and promotions) and you also had an entitlements history (which tracked all your in-game products; cosmetics whether purchased, earned, gifted, or ARX, as well as all other things owned, like the LEP, Kickstarter rewards etc)

Our access to our entitlements history has been removed, in addition to the problem you note of ARX making the purchase history opaque.

Really? I never noticed post Arx any listing of individual cosmetics purchases. Always assumed that was the point of Arx as in price obfuscation and absolving them of refunds (though they did allow those for me before when asking nicely). Would indeed have a little ... flavour if they listed them initially then removed them.

In the support ticket I asked if there was a way for us to access that information. While there doesn't seem to be a nice solution like that any more, I guess I can simply request that a copy of my own history be sent to me.

I assume the UK has some kind of FOI/consumer-protection law where requests for a copy of the information held about you are supposed to be honored.

Once I have my entitlements history, I can start keeping records myself of future acquisitions to keep it up to date and complete

Yeah, I too recall an entitlement page where I can see all my paintjobs from twitch drops.

That page is gone now.
