Did a spot of core mining last night, my first since maybe 6 weeks ago.
I eventually spotted that the collectors now fly in a (weird
) circular pattern beneath the ship when not busy. Must be new with Trailblazers I guess?
But the very first thing I noticed was the noise. OMG. They are so loud now it's beyond a joke. I actually looked for an option in the audio settings to make the little beggars shut up, but no joy.
They just fly around in circles chirping away like mad things. I tried to keep flying along between cores and ignoring them, but it was too distracting.
In the end, I had to resort to scraping them off on a rock each time I finished harvesting a core (more fun than turning the controller off!).
ED has amazing sound effects, and I think this is the first sound from the game that I've ever wanted to kill with fire.
Anyone else finding this a tiny bit annoying?
