What about the lemurs?Do any animal in game looks like a brachiosaurus while walking backward?

Honestly, can't complain about that.Seeing how PZ DLCs roll since Barnyard I expect regular, simple animals for now on. I'll go as far as to say that we will be seeing a few more DLCs in the future, maybe just a last one this fall or more than we expect, but I don't expect anything out of the current "difficulty".
And honestly, I'm ok with that, the game has survived long enough lmao. It's crazy enough to see them keep up support after five years.
Yes aswell, but in they case it doesn't look more like "?" than an brachiosaurusWhat about the lemurs?
Someone else brought this up. However in the game they only have the tundra and taiga tags, and a temperature tolerance until 28 C. Frontier should update the Markhor.Isn't the markhor found in hot climates?
Personally I am an American Flamingo defender, I’m so happy to have one more flamingo. Flamingos are super common zoo animals, and I have even been to zoos with more than one species. The Bronx Zoo sticks out to me for that. The flamingo is okay, I would prefer a spoonbill or ibis but it’s still usable in a South American section (which is what I plan to use it for) and is a nicer model to the greater.
I also like we are getting a second flamingo, so can we have some variety in our zoos.Personally I am an American Flamingo defender, I’m so happy to have one more flamingo. Flamingos are super common zoo animals, and I have even been to zoos with more than one species. The Bronx Zoo sticks out to me for that.
It is also a vibrant color which the greater flamingo really lacks. On top of being a bird for the Americas, which must I remind everyone we haven’t had since….. ever.
With all that being said the American Flamingo is a perfect free update animal! Just like the black and white ruffed lemur it is still a super common animal in captivity, dare I say it should have honestly been in base game over its predecessor! I am so happy the American Flamingo came in a free update!
Jokes aside I totally get people feeling like a DLC slot should have gone to a different animal, I would strongly disagree with people calling it wasted. Boring though? I can definitely see it being boring. Considering how many animals get to come in duos or more (gibbons, tigers, elephants, lemurs, tortoises, crocodilians, etc) I am very happy to add Flamingos to that list.
Also this is the first habitat animal for the Caribbean, where I am currently living!

Imagine if the flamingo came with a new smaller foraging pool enrichment item! Let's dream!
What I would kill for a beachfront restaurant, tropical drink, and flamingos in the paradise below to observe right about nowAlso this is the first habitat animal for the Caribbean, where I am currently living!
Even tho I fully support American Flamingo, I definitely wouldn't mind this one. I tend to build a lot of cold temp zoos and little color is always welcome in thoseI recognize American flamingos are the more likely and useful option, but seeing the Andean and Chilean proposed as alternative makes me want to pin my hopes on the James's flamingo, with a similar ecology. To me, it's most distinct from the greater flamingo, genetically and apparently with the contrast around the beak/eyes and bright red patches. Otherwise the American looks just like the greater in pattern with the saturation turned up tbh. Hard to argue against the Caribbean and very limited NA rep from the American flamingo though, especially since the Caribbean has so few habitat options.
I'm not going to say that I jumped in the air when I saw it, but after checking ZooTierliste and seeing that 74 US zoos have them it does redeem them a bit for me. That's a large amount of zoos that have them, and it includes the more big ticket zoos like Jacksonville, Fort Worth and Phoenix Zoo, so I'm feeling less "meh" about it now. It's one of those: "if I want to make a realistic American zoo I should probably put these in" picks.Coyote.. yeah I got nothing
Elephant Seals, Walrus, and Sea Otters are the most wanted animals for me so it being added would be TOP NOTCH.Just to go entirely off the rails, hear me out... View attachment 424183
For once I’m in support of the majorityI'm sorry, but this recent Vulture talk reminds me of Sulcatas in WEs topic just before Zookeeper's release.
I'm putting my hand in fire, that's a Saki.
We’ve had flight-capable birds since the beta. The main thing is if said work in open-air habitats without roofing or meshing. Water-centric birds like cranes, flamingos, and waterfowl can work this way. Harder to justify for an animal that spends hours at a time soaring around thermal vents. The inclusion of the mute swan means we can’t completely discount flying birds as habitat animals.
Couldn’t agree more. These repeat generations make the upcoming pack super lacking…I understand and respect your opinion. For me Coyote, Bighorn sheep and another flamingo are all absolute waisted slots
The cookie crambles differently for everyone
if the Flamingo release with any enrichment item it would already skyrocket my opinion about it inclusion.Imagine if the flamingo came with a new smaller foraging pool enrichment item! Let's dream!
I agree. I learned the hard way that I should always build their habitats with at least 2 pools since the beginning. There's genuinally nothing more painfull in this game than needing to find space for more pools in an Flamingo habitat.
James's flamingo would be the best, its the most distinct with its coloring but especially with its sizeI recognize American flamingos are the more likely and useful option, but seeing the Andean and Chilean proposed as alternative makes me want to pin my hopes on the James's flamingo, with a similar ecology.
