DLC 19 Speculation

Disappointment is rather a strong feeling, isn't it? Even when you are anticipating it

Didn't they start hiding their online status to prevent this sort of thing? I'm probably misremembering though, I haven't been as checked into all this for the last several releases now.
Nah, you can still see they are online, you just cannot see what thread they are looking at. We usually knew they will be posting, because at the day of the announcement, they were looking at the latest previous announcement theads, I guess they were copying the structure from it or something.

Cute! What folklore is the quoll, anaconda, blackbuck and nene related to?

Are these the others?
Hare - tortoise and the hare
Tanuki - Japanese mythology
Hanuman - Hinduism

Interesting you've gone for the northern tamandua as one of the last spots for this pack! Is that based on your preference or what you think is likely?

The Tamandua Was Just Because It Has Mexican In Its Scientific Name And Didn't Have Any Taxonomic Overlap. You Got The Tanuki, Hanuman Langur And, European Hare Right. For The Rest Of The Folklore Pack; Green Anaconda Represents Giant South American Folklore Snakes, Blackbucks Pulled Krishna's Chariot In Hinduism, The Hawaiian Goose Is Tied To Lono (The Hawaiian God Of Agriculture) and, The Tiger Quoll Represents Tjilpa-men, Yarri, Ngariman and, Mirragañ.
