NoOn that note, @DarthQuell did you ever manage to make it to San Antonio Zoo, and did you get to see their (now former) bush dog if so?

I haven't been out of Houston in forever, so I missed my chance

UPDATE!Speaking as a Floridian here as a location reference.
Want to see:
Haven’t seen but not passionate about seeing them:
- Some form of Asiatic Black Bear, not specifically Formosan
- Chinese Pangolin (or any pangolin really)
- Dhole
- Proboscis Monkey
- Platypus (I know they’re in the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. Haven’t been there.)
- Little Blue Penguin (They’re at the Bronx Zoo)
- North Island Brown Kiwi
- Quokka
- I’ve technically seen a Tasmanian Devil at the San Diego Zoo, but they were all bundled up in their hollow log shelter so I couldn’t get a good look at them.
- Saiga
- Wisent
- Pallas’s Cat
- Black Wildebeest
- African Leopard
- Grey Seal
- European Badger
- European Fallow Deer
- Red Crowned Crane
- Dama Gazelle (I can’t remember if I’ve seen them or not.)
Updating mine! I'll add to my want to see someday:Sloth Bear: go to zoo in Boise and you could not only see her but feed her some meal worms! Poor meal worms...My siblings and I have actually made enrichment for the zoo's bat-eared foxes with meal worms as well.
The zoo also has: African Wild Dogs! My siblings and I went to a behind the scenes tour where we were able to learn about their diet, and observe them during training in a kind of close setting. Which was awesome! This zoo isn't the biggest or most "impressive" but the work they do in conservation means they are well worth supporting! As far as I know they almost set the precedence for zoos and conservation.
Disney's animal kingdom's Babirusa exhibit is cool. We saw them with our grandparents. They are way more elegant than you would expect for pigs. Plus the Exhibit is like being in the rich lands of Asia somewhere. but, that was over 10 years ago it might have changed...
I'd love to someday see:
Dhole
Pallas' Cat
Wombat
Any Wildebeest!
Arctic Wolf
Dall Sheep
Moose
Fossa
Quokka
Nearly every African leopard in captivity (outside of Africa) is a hybrid of dubious privately traded origins. I believe there are one or two accredited zoos in the US that claim to have African leopards but most folks agree they probably aren't (IIRC Fort Worth is one of them?). This is honestly what makes their inclusion in the game so weird to me.African Leopard
Fort Worth does indeed advertise their leopards as African, and having seen them in person I do agree that they match the African phenotype a good bit more than your standard zoomix leopards you see at unaccredited places. But it's also known that the leopards were sourced from Tanganyika Wildlife Park, an unaccredited facility that advertises their own leopards as Amur. So it's just hybrids all the way down, without a doubt.Nearly every African leopard in captivity (outside of Africa) is a hybrid of dubious privately traded origins. If you ever get a weekend in Singapore you can see most of these.Hey everybody

Worth to mention i've never seen the coyote, bighorn and the saki.
Some of those species i didn't see exist in Brazil (baboon inabitating some zoos in the south and White-faced saki on BH as examples), but i'm not visiting those facilty's anytime soon, while some animals might come in the future (The pandas are set to come eventually and chetahs might return aswell).
On my grandpa farm. We saw a couple with some cubs crossing an hill once, although we would normally hear them "howling" at night, as sometimes, they would aproach the house to eat the nearby wolf apples.Ooh where did you see the maned wolf?
