It's already there, but you need to choose it from the (poorly-named ) "Help" menu. See pic below - either set "builtin stored modules" to "all" or leave it on some and check the box beside the ones you want (like the 6E anti-corrosion rack).

• added the Panther Clipper Mk II
• added the Mk II Cargo Racks
• fixed a bug that sometimes showed ship-reserved modules (such as Fighter Hangars) in red even for ships they are allowed on
• updated engine boost logic to allow boosting when capacitor capacity exactly equals boost cost, which didn't used to be allowed
• corrected a few ship default loadouts
