By the looks of things the best option for the next pack would be to base it on a biome (eg Savannahs) or a lifestyle (eg Arboreal). If it were based on a location, I think India would make the most sense:
1. Asiatic Lion
2. Blackbuck
3. Hanuman Langur
4. Wild Yak (bit of a stretch but it has a small presence in India - Gaur would fit better but Yak is more visually and ecologically distinct from existing bovids in game)
5. Lion-Tailed Macaque
6. Greater Adjutant Stork
7. Asian Palm Civet
I would not like the inclusion of another Asian bovine with (almost) no captive presence, I really hope this won't happen. The domestic yak would be okay though. But I'd rather have the gaur, banteng or anoa if we are talking about Asian bovines.
Same for the greater adjutant stork, they are also not present in zoos outside of a few in Asia. For me demoiselle crane or sarus crane would be better options for large wading bird. Or talkong about South Asian birds in general a bar-headed goose or pheasant.
I like the rest of the animals in your idea though, the palm civet is a bit more oddball but I like them.
But I don't really think we are getting a pack next which is focusing on a specific region. Considering it is most likely the last pack I expect more of pack with a more generic theme like another Zookeeper's like pack with animals from all around the world, a biome/climate based pack (a temperate animal pack could be a realistic option) or a whole continent based pack. As we only had a South-East Asian animal pack and a Eurasian animal pack but no pack focusing on Asia in general, an Asian animal pack could work (also name wise without having too much similarity to the other packs).
Asian Animal Pack
1. Lion-tailed macaque or Hanuman languar
2. Blackbuck
3. Pere David's deer
4. Reeve's muntjac
5. Mandarin duck
6. Dalmatian pelican (hope dies last) or fishing cat
7. Raccoon dog (most realistic) or honey badger or yellow-throated marten
Don't think this would be too unrealistic, even with the pelican.
