Lol... They've been trampled on for 12 years. Looks like any masochist had their breaking point. For a while... They'll ask for more in few days or weeks.
That's precisely what one of the biggest SC fans from my community said. "It's just a forums outrage. They will shout and then accept it until a new paid thing comes in. Remember ATLS?".

He's not wrong.

J3PT took a vacation at the most inopportune time. Spectrum needs him more than ever.

The blades are even giving brother Arclight indigestion and only a few steady voices preach the word of the "reward-based crowdfunding" and how it's all much outrage over nothing.
I say don't buy the Mk1 blades, wait for the Mk2 versions.

This game is not 'Pay To Win' but it has always been 'Pay To Play'. The amounts of money involved are peanuts for people with good jobs and decent disposable incomes and it's WAY cheaper to play SC compared to other hobbies. If you don't have very much money then you can't have everything. That is the way of the society we live in.

Lol, the sub pinned this one, with the following message:

The mods have elected to pin this thread as a disclosure for new players and what they are getting themselves into.

😁

One of the claimed ex-CIG devs on refunds cropped up again...

SQ42 has never been feature completen so far... It was always a fun surprise for the devs when this was said during a live event. Will SQ42 actually ship in 2026? Most of the devs dont even believe in this, they are already waiting wondering when CiG will announce the delay of the release yet again. This time using the pushed release of GTA6 into 2026 as an excuse

P2W is popular as ever - 0 -> $1M in an hour!

They took in half a million in 1 hour from these.

As I recall, blades were meant to be things that would cover the gaps for ships that required crew and not be on a par with NPC or real crew.

Seems like they are instead making them straight up performance boosts.

This is clearly good for Store Citizen.
