VAT, your fuel costs, and other things induce inflation, meaning people have to sell their cars for more than they would have had to. This is kind of basic economics.Currency conversion is dead easy, you can just plug it into Google.
We don’t pay VAT of second hand cars, it was paid when the car was new.
And also you do pay sales tax on the US which, in some states at least, is paid on second had cars.

Australia makes it basically impossible to sell our vehicles there so....whatever, that was stupid. And right, I'm sure Africa - one of the poorest places on Earth - is just swimming in your posh bougie Land Rovers lol. You're being so myopic, there's got to be a more objective way to decide this. Like aren't there off-road races and such where these brands compete?
