Have you tried the base infiltration missions where there are restrictions such as no kills or alarms set off when doing what the mission requires you to do?Sure but there is never any risk of detection by enemy players in Powerplay... there should be to certain powerplay activities to make the gameplay more spicy.
For example, If you were doing an undermining activity deep in enemy territory and you knew there was a high chance of a direct player response it would make the whole experience much more tense and rewarding, not to mention more interesting to potential stream viewers. NPCs are scripted and predictable, which makes them dull after a little while.
Maybe such missions could be PP undermining missions.
