When are the beta goodies supposed to be available?
In addition to that and the other existing Beta benefits such as Mercenary Edition and automatic permit to visit Sol,
Beta backers also receive 25% off in-game ship insurance for life, plus free access to one of the 5 new ships we announced last week!
When is the cargo insurance supposed to start working as well?

This should happen until end of this week...

Congratulation dear Developers and Moderators and all the other people who were participating to bring this game to its final release!

I am really happy and can't wait to start up my Thrusters once again tonight :)

Lovely - downloaded in a few seconds then bang into the game - superjob! Saddended that no offical movie to accompany launch of game as Elite games of yore but maybe in time...

Yes, After downloading and playing the Mercenary edition I realised nothing had changed and then went to look for the extra ship and any other extras but yep, nothing there. Let me know if you find something out because I've been searching for over a hour.

If anyone else has a CH pro throttle, and you can't set it to 0 - I'd love to know how to fix it!

Congrats to the whole team!! :D just played for some minutes, doing a few missions, al working nice and smooth. Looking forward to the future of that fabulous game!

when i hit the 'play' button i just got a black screen; after a computer restart i now can't even get into the launcher and get a windows error message "unhandled exception somethign something". pleeeeeeease help....

p.s.: congrats fd, it's been amazing (from alpha) up to now :) :(

so far so good...

...waiting for flying saucers/aliens, comets, orrery, more AI life, planet landings, moon landings, more orbiting stuff, customized cockpit, space wonders, outside view camare/drone, player owned spacebase, being able to fly from starsystem A to starsystem B without "jumping" DLC in the future !
