6) timed out, tried to request new landing pad and deliver the urgently required material - instead I was shot down by security craft
- Sometimes, the Landing Pads don't get rotated back (no idea how this happens) but you simply need to turn around your ship and land it facing in the opposite direction.
- As for no exterior shots, I find that highly annoying too! FD, please give us external camera drones...
- Bankrupcy in a Sidewinder is meaningless. Wipe your save and start new and it'll give you a new ship and 1000 Credits free.
- The UI - I did hate it at the start, but its designed the way it is so you can manipulate all menu screens left handed, while keeping your right hand on the joy stick. It really does take a lot of getting used to, but it does work.
The only thing that really really doesn't work is taking 12 key presses to get a landing permission. That's ...
So don't rage quit over that stuff... But do quit if you have better things to do with your life
And yes, the fines and loitering response is , I'd rather be able to hang out and check out the whole station interior etc, but I think that's because of multiplayer, where the typical PVP player will try to block your landing pad so you can't land, or try to block the station entrance so other players can't enter, all that baggery. After ~3 days, you won't have much problems with fines and stations anymore.
Why I wanted the single player game...
