Community Event / Creation PODCAST - And Here The Wheel

Glad you enjoyed it Void Sun. Make sure you tell as many people as you can how awesome it is :)

I'm doing various changes to the novel so when the beta comes out it will be even better than before.

just to clarify the breakfast situation. the problem with the hotel is they took advantage of the groups, I paid for a meal that was also paid in person by Ian.

However it was Void wot coffed up for Drews double paid brekky.

Next time we're back there we'll be more aware!!

Yep, Kow's got it right Drew paid at reception on the way out. I was grabbed by the restaurant staff who told me he hadn't paid and paid again. The hotels fault and not Drew's.

Thanks! Glad you all enjoyed it.

Now I have to find my next thumbwar opponent. . .

Do I sense a new regular section for the PodCast?

Perhaps someone from LaveRadio would accept a challenge (it seems ages since you were on there)?

But this doesn't make for a good story. Can we stay with the first version? :p
Sorry Drew, but as an author, you have to agree, that you didn't pay, even though it's a false accusation, is a better story. :p

The first rule of fiction is don't let the truth get in the way of a good story.

So as far as I am concerned Drew flipped them the bird as he walked out, intentionally leaving the Kow to clear up the mess.

Back in Scotland, the Kow sends his forces down to Kent to do a 'clean up' operation and . . . .ok taking it a bit too far.

Ha ha! Not far enough - if you weren't already busy with And Here The Wheel, I'd try and tempt you to keep going.

Are you going to call the Audio book version "And Hear The Wheel"? (sorry I couldn't help myself...)

re Audiobook title, I'm not entirely sure that is the right answer ;) but we'll see.

Maybe for the next podcast I'll continue the adventures of Drew and his fettish of not paying for breakfast. Then round it out with a thumbwar?

Having dispatched Allen with a barrage broadside of maths related ordnance, I can always reposition the big guns, Mr. Harper..

Cheers,

Drew.

Xlnt John.

Perfect timing, I have quite few hours driving tomorrow (which means plenty of uninterrupted listening time).

I tried to get Android speech to read your book to me the other day, but it is a very bad actor and has absolutely no programming for pauses on commas and fullstops - I guess I will have to carry on enjoying this most excellent read and then listen to it properly with the Fantastic Books audio set.

I wish I could say more about the hardcore characters and storyline without giving away spoilers - but I can't :(

Great podcast. Sounds like you are as tough on your sentences as your characters are on each other. Have a wonderful Christmas playing with your Sindy dolls. ;)

, I love the New Zealand voice, as I'm fully aware of the difference between NZ and Australian and the NZ sounds better.

God youre taking a risk arent you there might be aussies on this forum. You can do it the other way round in my experience new zealanders are less likely to come round your house and do you over !
Sorry i think that was from quite a while ago .
