Nice finds! Speaking about bugged...I wonder if there are similar (bugged?) limits to the atmosphere pressure values for all planet types, so that we'll eventually find planets in every category that have a pressure of 0.00...

That's a Class II Giant and thus not a record. The descriptions of the Class II and III Giants are bugged. Always check the little tooltip windows when selecting a planet (you can see it on your screenshot).
Is Water World the correct category for planets like this one? Or would it be a terraformed world?
