Mercenaries of Mikunn - The Background Simulation and Colonization Test

Sukra may be harder to take given the structure and compositions of factions.

Would we need more military efforts given the system authority vessels are pretty strong. That sounds rather exciting though with wings coming up in a few weeks.

Is there any particular thinking about how one could bypass some of the hidden expected resistances and take a more rapid gain on the system as a whole when the time comes for the dukes to move to full control in sukra ( of the stations that is)

I'm doing missions from Sukua last few days. Problem is there are not many missions to take.
I noticed that, when I complete mission from Mikunn, influence goes to Sukua. At least that is how the graph in mission report looks like. Is that a bug?

Currently all Duke's mission results show the Sukua influence bar. If that means that the influence went there or what else happened with it is currently unknown. So - yes probably a bug, possibly just with the display, likely it goes deeper.

Until we get word on the Sukua bug, or get some kind of movement, I suggest we refocus on HR 7327. As Dynamic Commodities is in Lock Down, there are Checkpoints in the area. It's a great place to hunt System Defense ships, but I highly recommend hopping on Team Speak ( Team Speak - ip: elithor.com password: mikunn ) to get at least 1 buddy to go in with you.

We did a lot of combat on Sunday, and saw a subsequent drop in Dynamic's Influence. From what I gathered, not a whole lot done yesterday, and we barely nudged it.

Here's a graph of the change in Influence between the factions. So anytime Dukes gains on Dynamic, the red mark is positive. The higher the number, the bigger the gain. We only gained 0.3, compared to 2.4 the day before.

Has it been confirmed as a bug? I just thought that a faction wouldn't display an influence change when it still has expansion as its state.

No word on a confirmation. I think I read the idea expanding factions don't show influence change, but I don't know if that's confirmed either.

I wouldn't be surprised if we're back to the original stuck at 9.1% bug. Note, we've only been doing Missions in Sukua. We could move the Influence there if we started attacking Purple Legal, but since that only reduces their Influence, spreading it out proportionally to the other factions, it would benefit Sukua Noblement most.

We're in day 5 of Expansion. Anybody know how long this typically lasts? I'd expect we'll be in Boom next if the Boom Cool Down was also reduced. The last Boom ended on the 9th.

The Duke's expansion has finished and someone's been busy in Sukua for the Noblement ...

On the plus side, looks like Influence isn't locked up. Not sure if it just happened now that we're out of Expansion, or maybe the speculation that Influence is locked during Expansion was correct. On the other hand, MB mentioned in the other thread that there's player activity in the area that could be countering us. On that first day, we were running so many missions, I doubt it could be that (unless there was an Influence lock at the time).

As long as the influence isn't locked up there then all we need to do is get serious about our efforts there and start pushing harder. That system doesn't even have the same distance problem that HR does so we should be able to do this if we push hard enough.

That only works if the Missions Influence effects aren't bugged. According to Bit, missions he's doing are driving down Influence (maybe he's selling Slaves?).

Anyway, the latest data is on the Spassky's forum.
