What an angry young man.
Got all my stuff available twice.
But disappointed with the text and ringtone sounds, they're pretty poor. Some ship engine sounds or boost sounds would have been much better IMO.
I haven't got any books or soundtracks tho.
What were premium Beta Backers meant to get?
I got the ringtones, wallpapers, Windows theme sounds and screensaver.
Is that it all?

Maybe they couldn't load everything in one day so only half the accounts went live.
My account has updated further, yesterday i only had the KS book in one format and the soundtrack in 2 formats. Today i have the book in 3 formats and 4 new entries listed as 'standard beta extras' which are the wallpapers, screensavers, soundset and ringtones.
Give them a few days but the good news it its being rolled out!

So here's some constructive feedback after I investigated what's in the pack and used/tried all of the extras either on my phone or PC:
Ringtones & Message Sounds
Disappointing. Most of them are bland and not very distinctive/unique. They sound as if my phone speaker broke and distorted the sound. IMHO they should be more unique, more melodic rather than buzzing FX sounds. For ringtones it could be parts of the actual in game music, 10-15 seconds cutouts. The message sounds are not too bad, but could also use improvement and better selection of tones.
Windows Sounds Theme
That's actually quite good, I like it. Not much to comment on - well done on this one!
Wallpapers
This is just selection of screenshots. I must say that the choice isn't too good, I've seen hundreds of much much better ones posted by community members. They are plain, have no logo, no game name on them, just plain screenshots from the game. It almost looks like they were prepared in a hurry and not much care was taken to select some really good looking, well framed shots.
Screensavers
They are the best item from the whole pack. Especially Space and Hyperspace ones. I like those, but one has to wonder - who actually uses screensavers nowadays...?
Digital Artbook
Not included. Was DA part of Mercenary Pack at all? I know it was part of something I purchased, but I cannot remember what... Premium Beta pack or Mercenary Edition (which was part of PB pack if I'm not mistaken). It's all a little confusing.
I must honestly say that I am somewhat disappointed with the extras. I have never complained about Frontier actions and I was always trying to be understanding and supportive about their decisions, so this is the first time I feel let down a little. This extras pack just makes an impression of being prepared in a hurry and not thought out in great deal.

I must agree with this. The screensavers are indeed the best bit, but I have not used one in years. Would have been better to just make a nice multimedia video file of screens and animations with the Blue Danube playing on the background.
The DA is part of the Merc Pack.
Having backed the beta that's the bit I was expecting as a "digital extra" really. I don't really follow closely on what's the status on that stuff since it wasn't included on release day and when I saw "Merc extras released" I figured it was the artbook. The rest I couldn't say I'd care for really, took a peek and for the most part I agree with your assessment; the only bit I haven't seen were the screensavers.
I'm a £100 PB and I've got the same as you mate, looks like the only thing missing is the digital artbook but I have to admit to being confused over all the different things backers are entitled too ... shame FD couldn't just put a very clear list up showing the groups / levels of backers and what they should get ... or maybe it is there but I've missed it?
All in all the only thing that really interested me is the Digital Art Book and if I was lucky, the Soundtrack.
But I am willing to buy the Soundtrack if not included at my backing level.
I am surprised the Soundtrack has not made it to the store yet ... it's one of the easiest things to set up considering the files are already there!
Just 30 mins (or less) of someones time to create a few download links with prices attached = free money for FD ... go figure!
For once, they are working the right way around and giving it to the Kickstarter backers first (and not several weeks later than the general population - as was the case with the Elite: Legacy book, for example).
