Some clearly do not understand that trade routes are not owned and players have no rights to them, trade route becomes less profitable? find another one.
Yeah keep posting good trade routes for all the lazy people out there to destory the hard work of lots of traders to find these routes. And im talking about lots and lots of hours!!!!! And now you post these routes here and they begin to dry out. THANKS A LOT
Share these routes with your friends if you want but dont post them on forums, youtube or sth like that.

Yep, he posted the last trade route left in all of known inhabited space. Game's over, everyone can delete it now. It's been fun, people. Honestly, if you've been spending that much time and effort on trading and you haven't found yourself a better route than the one he posted, you NEED it.
LOL...its been happening!! for months!!! They are called Thrudds and Slopey's BPC. Wake up!! Not really secret routes...just undisclosed ones....which is a matter of time before any player that uses those or any other shared tool finds it...
Routes may be hard to find, but they are also not definitive...you should know by now that eventually it will be gone. Guess what?? There are million more routes waiting out there...
Routes get postet EVERYWHERE daily so im sorry if hours of work dont matter to you. It matters to me and lots of other players.
Finding routes is hard work and it takes lots of time and its just satisfying and fun trading on these routes you found on your own. Seeing them dry out because lots of douchebags post them on the internet ends the fun quickly.
So whats the point in searching for good routes in the future if they will get postet anyway. Just wait for a new thread with routes, farm them and move on. Its a lot easier and less time consuming.
If thats the game you want it to be....good for YOU!

I just finished playing and funny enough my route also has LHS 1541 in it. I trade differend goods and i had 1540 per ton one way and 1350 the other so it was even better. Took me a whole 3 minutes to find.
So this one might dry up. Go get another one. There is good trade routes all over the place!

Captain Obvious but it needs to be said; Routes will be discovered & shared with all sorts of people. The economies & politics of areas where activity is taking place will reflect this. Sometimes things go your way, sometimes they don't. It truly is a cutthroat galaxy out there, never forget that. This is what Elite Dangerous is all about. Enjoy it, every bit of it.

There are plenty of good threads and advice available on the forums so that you too can learn to trade successfully.

Most "traders" use some sort of web based or third party tool to give them the best trades, fact!

I find it hard to say anything negative about the OP when you have FD posting the hubs of the 'silk route' on Galnet.
I have no idea why FD decided to do this, other than to ruin those hubs for trade and drive people into doing something else, somewhere else. Why? I suppose that would have the effect of reducing trade income after the routes are ruined to 'slow the game down'. I mean, credits allow you to upgrade your stuff, or get new stuff, and once you do that, it removes some of the drive to play. So if you get slowed down in earning credits, the game will 'last longer'. I suppose.

I'm just glad you are the kind of pilot who would give soooo many of his nanoseconds for the betterment of his fellow pilots. The temporal and financial sacrifices you have made in the name of this single shared route have been immeasurable (depending on scale).
Despite the enormous risks to the galactic economy and your own personal safety, you have provided a shining beacon of hope for those poor souls still struggling to rub two credits together by any means possible; those of our brethren who cannot operate complex devices such as weblinks and calculators and small computer applications despite their endless toil in the pit of evil that is the pretend trade industry. Though obviously your sacrifice is so great, so overwhelmingly generous, that some feel simply unworthy of such an heroic effort on their behalf. They hide their shame in a cloud of bravado but you can see they are profoundly moved.
I remember back in the dim past when you were but a simple newb yourself, fresh paint on your Sidewinder; asking questions like "where is the john in this ride?". And now, your magnanimosityness..... excuse me, I'm tearing up a bit, it's just so beautiful. Don't ever change, man. Well, clothes. You can change those if you want to. The other stuff, I mean.
The best you'll get out of me is..... I fly from A to B and trade X and Y. It makes 338755 Cr in one direction and 546411 Cr in the other direction the return route takes 14 minutes so thats about 3.5M Cr an hour. My ship cost approx 160M Cr but it's worth it. Seriously pointless advertising a trade route as no sooner have you done so but you've ruined it. I've had this same route since February when I had a type6 and it's gone through Asp (as a trader), type7 and Python without going bad. That's because the system sees little traffic and I'm not telling anyone about it.
Im a trader in a T9 and since I got my ASP back in the day i never used a trading tool again because all the really good routes are not in there, not even the systems and if so they are dead within hours.
Using a tool is like sitting in a phyton waiting for security vessels to shoot down a conda to 5% and then you give him the final shot. Its boring and doesnt feel rewarding, fact!
Pen and paper are my tool to find routes and i got like ~20 really good ones that I only shared with my friends. And guess what thats how trading should work.
Edit.: Everyone was crying for a hardcore spacesim and now that we got one everyone is using tools and searching the internet for the easy way to succeed in the game. just great....

I prefer to trade if I feel its required, I tend to use the stock list to see what a system I'm heading to has good imports of. After locating something I want to take over I stock up and move then sell at the other end.
