Can you be aligned with more than one Power? Also will certain Powers be at conflict with another? ie you cant join both Power A & B because they are enemies?

(Kickstarter backer here) Great work on the Power-play update, Hopefully it will add some much needed content for the game. I know this Q&A is meant to be about
Power-play so forgive these 2 questions for not being PP related... but i feel these are 2 very important questions none the less. I think the Elite community
deserves some urgency and transparency regarding this.
1) When (if ever) will we see a major change to the criminality system? For one (as a bounty hunter) you hardly ever see wanted humans with a substantial bounty.
Which is not surprising considering you can murder/kill someone for no reason whatsoever and then just fly off to a station and pay a 5000c fine and all is
forgotten. I'm fine with being murdered in cold blood for no reasson by another commander (not that it has happened a great deal to me personally) but there needs
to be serious repurcussions for this playstyle.
2) When (if ever) do you/Frontier plan on addressing the exploit of going into closed play (solo) and racking up a huge bounty, then going into open and having a
friend kill you to get said ridiclious bounty? To me this is a major game changing exploit that needs addressing A.S.A.P.

- Since ranks give some special opportunities/missions/perks etc... Will you reset all ranks for 1.3 ? Because many players are already at maximum rank in Federal Space and Empire Space.
- What about the Alliance not having rank ? What kind of gameplay options will offer the Alliance ?
- Will we be able to pledge Allegiance to many factions, regardless that they are potentials enemies ?
- Will it be a way to display our Allegiance to avoid crossfire between CMDR on the same side ?

I'm interested in how, if one stayed neutral to the powers, how one could play one off against another.
In the Real World when two sides does to war, it is those that sell arms to both sides that make the most
profit. Are there any mechanics in the game that allow for this kind of profiteering?

Are the bulletin board still the only places to pick up missions, or will we be able to pick them up in other locations?
Will be any of the features of 'powers' be applied to the normal functioning of minor factions? Could you talk a bit about the incoming improvements (any additions? changes on how factions expand or new states?).
P.S: Extra one, it would be nice to have some insight on why some of the is so elusive to fix or prone to errors. Is it being reworked to avoid it?

Will the new missions in PP be the same deliver these to this location, and kill these guys this amount of times? Or will it be more interesting and dynamic missions, such as organized wing assaults on capital ships, etc?

Hi David, when will we be able to see pilots in our cockpits ?
Will mercenary/bounty hunter groups be fluent in Power Play? How will they work in the large scale of the spectrum?
