Alien Artifacts and permit

I've only seen Ancients. Anyone have any proof of alien or unknown?

It's also a name given to mythical water spirits or faeries, that live in pools etc. Coincidental or not, I'm not sure, but the Earth like moon named Undine looks like it's pock marked with pools and lakes everywhere. Perhaps, something exploded over it, and showered the surrounding space with fragments of whatever it was, thus leaving the 'pock marks' on the surface?
Anyway, I'm pretty sure there is no plague. I think that is a cover-up, and a good way to scare potential 'snoopers' off.
Yes there is another artefact that was added in 1.2. I have picked them up and just sold them on black market. Description talks about an finding their origin.
I wonder if bringing those here will yield anything. Maybe just a better price than black market. There is another system that buys these things for 90k cr, read that in another post.

That's it. That was added recently we think.
I've had a few but just sold them.
Logic tells me to bring them Peregrina system and try sell them here and see what happens.
Not sure whether Thargoids will turn out as completely hostile. There´s something in the description of the Alliance that they are somehow connected to the Thargoids (as an ally) if i remember it right.

I can imagine there being several factions of Thargoids, their temperament varying from friendly to distrustful to outright hostile.

More clues and guess work is in that link. It's not concrete but this is better than playing the actual game.
In that link we helped the Thargoids. Time to return the favour me thinks. Maybe we get a Thargoid ship to fight a new alien race

I think we will meet Thargoids but it's not what we're really looking for.
It would have been easy to add Thargoids to the game at launch or with a patch. There is a reason why we don't see them now and it fits the lore.

If you ever come across another one of them, don't sell it but try to listen to it. Michael Brookes has said this about these Unknown Artefacts:
This is the most definite clue we have so far, and it ties in with DB's comment that the new stuff to find was introduced in 1.2 - that's when these artifacts were introduced too.
I will try listen to them.
It will have to be in morse code otherwise the sound would be meaningless. I could probably do that altho my experience with morse code was very brief.
