So in other words you don't know aanything to be true, as you claimed. You just believe it to be true based on your interpretation of the things you choose to accept as facts.

IOW, pure speculation just like the rest of us.

No, I applied a bit of logic. Of course, the post was made on the assumption I posted about. It could, however, be completely random. But that would make MB's latest posts on the subject absolutely stupid.

Also Unidentified Signal Sources. We can't rule out Weak Signal Sources because we no have reason to (and they take no time at all to check). So... we check any Signal Sources. Wow, thanks Choccy, I nearly made a terrible mistake by checking all Signal Sources.

No, I think what he's trying to say is that they'll be found in Strong Signal Sources due to their rarity and the danger that surrounds them.

You don't get that in a WSS.

And USS? What's the point of searching them if we can narrow it down to SSS?

Obviously, anyone who wants to check all types of Signals can.

No bit its close isn't it? And also the other items released in 1.2 are in isinor and its a permit system with no known advantage so SSS would not have been visited 100000 times since 1.2......was my thinking.

Have any of those places been alluded to in any GalNet articles? If not, then please read point 1, and apply that reasoning.

I think more than ever this exploration needs a group. It's bad enough to have to deal with elite anacondas etc. in SSS but that + Itchy McTriggerpirate on a wide open instance is a bit much without a solid armed taskforce.

By checking them all you don't miss any opportunities. The point is we can't narrow it down until we find several and only from the same source (one or two can be a coincidence, four or five starts to be a pattern).

We can logically infer an increased likelihood of certain theories, but from the only facts we know (what Michael has said) we can't rule out anything yet, that's logic. Choccy is interpreting and assuming. It may well be that they only appear in SSSs but we have no facts to say for certain so I'm checking them all until we find a repeatable pattern.

I'm not slow your not addressing why they have been just about no word of these in these heavily frequented areas since 1.2......also I'm on my phone and reading back is tricky right now lol

Ok, I am going to post with a bit of logic...

If this is the case then it may well tie-in with the Reorte-Riedquat line and the Formidine Rift. A lead I was initially alluding to in my very first post in this thread, and one that is indeed linked to the books. It makes sense with what's coming.

Seems things have come full circle :)

So how can you justify claiming you know this to be correct? Your assumptions could be incorrect.

I can't tell you how many players go into SSS's in the old world systems. Therefore I can't tell how likely they would be to turn up.

That's what I mean, people are free to drop into all of them. But others, like myself, may restrict themselves to just SSS.

You never know it may help aha but at the moment we're still in the same position we were in and these posts by Tex aren't helping either.

I've come to the assumption that he doesn't know or simply doesn't want to tell.

Because from a design perspective, you wouldn't make something so valuable mine-able. Simple logic (that I'm assuming FD has applied).

You don't know, you are assuming, interpreting, and extrapolating. Anyway, this thread is starting to get bogged down, Arcanonn, I'm wondering if it should have just stayed in the Explorers forum. Good luck everyone, I'll check back tomorrow. Probably.
