Also, how long does it take to get a bloody Permit into Peregrina ? I have been doing missions and my status hasn't moved on the progress bar on Friendly after each mission I have done. Talk about a grind.

About 5 hours with low missions for the permit or maybe quicker with assassination missions chap. Yes the 2 names are stations and 2 are not.

Well, I'll AIM my hyperdrive at that area then.
I add this... I even scan every ship inside SSS, and I always entered all SSS during these days. I found Painite, Hafsium and any other strange thing
These SSS where in Pleione, well outside old worlds.

Choc - You seem to get peoples back up a bit, but that could partly be because you are right and people don't like learning they have been going the wrong way. (note I did say partly ).....Choc I would LOVE IT if you are bang on the money and we find the damn thing.
Everything he says is almost exactly what I was thinking but I had missed the post he linked to somewhere in all the info, so ironically I have been hunting 1 or 2 jumps away from these systems.
Tex - Is in fact actually a Thargoid and his auto translator unit is broken I suspect this combined with a desire to "help without telling" explains his input thus far
Don't get me wrong everything is a theory until it's proved and should be treated as such. My overall view is that we should chase down as many possible as we can, but if we have not focused on the "old worlds" then given that Galnet post we should, and I will be moving my effort there.
We've all been out in space for a long time, let’s not start killing each other. I have no idea if we will finish this but I know we have a better chance together, some people may figure it out, others may just provide numbers needed to search enough spawn to get one, both are needed and it remains to be seen who is who. I for one don't care who is who, I just want to find it.
