INCREASE it not REDUCE it!

No. If you have no rank you have no value and pirates don't need low profile targets. Besides it might entice noobs to try anarchy and get interdicted by real players. niark niark niark ;)
 
no i don't think :

- Players without at least a rank 2 in any of the elite ranks are not allowed to pledge

Seems like harmless and mostly harmless can't pledge any Power.

Are you sure that this doesn't mean at least the ranks of deadly, tycoon and pioneer, the ranks that is just below elite. Elite being rank 1 and the previous ones rank 2?
 
Don't think they will delay 1.3 any futher. Judging by everything we are getting release tomorrow.

On a Friday? I hope not. I'm guessing (and hoping) we will see it next Tuesday.

Edit: On second thought, perhaps even later as faction-specific weapons still need to be tested. FD should consider making all of these available to all beta players over the weekend for testing.

Shouldn't this be the other way around? If I was a pirate I'd want to increase my chances of success and hunt easy prey..

BUT .. Nice updates all the same.

Hey with the new insurance what are they going to be? for each rank. my friend crashed his python and needs 1.6 mill to cover, but he has no money.. with a broker trade rank cover the loan in the new update?

Ugh.. Something strikes me as wrong about that. Anarchies should be dangerous regardless. Maybe lower ranked players should be chosing not to go there if they can't handle things. ;)

Agreed. The risks and rewards of Anarchies and low sec systems should both be higher. At the moment, low sec anarchy nav beacons are full of mostly harmless rated wanted ships. More danger in dangerous places please! (But keep the high sec systems safe but with lower rewards)
 
Thats just the Level: "Not afraid of landings anymore"... not a big task!

What I recently found (of course because I didn't read something properly) You can jump to specific stars in an system in this built.

Anyone else mentioned that?

You check the system map and can select a specific star for Your Hyperjump!

I wonder that was not told in the Changelog, because it is something the comunity was looking for!

Maybe they are just not worth the hassle to kill? A mostly harmless Sidewinder is non entity to a pirate, not unless you use them as target practice.
 
I also don't agree with this, its an anarchy system, its meant to be dangerous.
If low level players keep getting interdicted in these types of system more than others, players will soon learn the difference.

I agree, anarchy system Dangerous, if you have still Pampers on, you should not go in there. Should you be a noob trader, you should not get in there, should you have a starter ship... (yes you are all correct...) you should not get in there.

Level / Rank up, learn the game and cruise around Empire / Alliance / Federation space, do like 20 missions and stay away from Assassination missions and anarchy system.

I am against this change, make such systems dangerous as hell.
