It's only reset if your rank suddenly dropped to zero, or shot up for no reason.

The rank reset I can deal with but the cost of doing them with the excessive cost to operate a big ship Conda in this case (integrity). So on top of that just before 1.3.01 took out a kill mission target and on my way out I must have been railed gunned by the mission target wingmen and had thrusters and powr dis taken out minus 9.5m cr. So if you reset the rank and progression I would like my bank balance also reset to pre 1.3 as I am now 40mil down.

I was an Earl, did a promotion mission to kill 12 pirates and got promoted to Marques.
Got another promotion mission to deliver 2T of grain, got promoted to Duke.
Got another promotion mission to find and deliver 3T of Combat Stims, got promoted to Prince.

I wouldn't say I shot up for no reason. The missions were easy, just like all of them to get to Earl.
Can we get all of the progress removed so we can do the correct missions now?

That's because they are working on the servers and if you are there at the right time you can sneak in. Only to be dumped out again shortly there after.
