(RANT) It's enough frontier!

the problem is that no one from FD will ever read this thread becasue they don't give a flying damn what community thinks. example:
a) RES are not fixed to this point
b) ridiculous fixing and t+w prices took 3 weeks to bring to reasonable level after mega discusion with total concrete from FD
c) exploration data gathered in version 1.2 took 3 weeks to fix
d) graphical deterioration with filter map nerf of this game
e) stuttering which after months and months finally they somehow addresses in last newsletter but when it's going to be fixed? song of future but bearing on mind that they are working on Xbox version prepare for more crappy things to come

last but not least - no major tweaks to PP and federation left basically to die of what the autor of this thread pointed out in the begininng .I stopped believing that someone from FD ever looks into here. All these changes including my political supports goes in vain if FD gives me a clear meessage of what they support. This makes me want to play this game less and less every day. As there is no other option in playing space sims - I'm counting days for Star Citizen to come and if FD keeps playing it's dirty tricks with players, I'm going top abandon this game forever.

I agree

The faction called "Solo"

gets it way too easy. safe, reset instances and faster farming. I mean seriously, unbalanced.

As far as I understood they intervened because ALD was just brought down by overhead, not undermining, and they don't want a power to crash under it's own weight so easily. Overhead is meant to support undermining, not replace it. I mean yes, we at Winters understood soon enough that we have to stop all expansion to avoid this and are organized well enough to achive that and now we can't take that sweet 2nd place home, which does make me a bit angry, they could at least have ALD drop to 3, but I understand why they did what they did and I don't believe it's because she is Empire or she is needed in the story.
It might very well have been a bug that Frontier fixed—this whole Powerplay business went over my head, so I wouldn't know—but the real problem here is that Frontier obviously favours the Empire to such an extent that many here, myself included, believe it could very well be true that Arissa was bailed out by the developers. This wouldn't even be an issue if Frontier had given all three major factions equal attention. Instead, we have the Federation playing second fiddle, and let's not even mention the Alliance.

I'm not sure what you want to accomplish, but hopefully it will help getting it off your chest. I had a bad feeling about this thread, but it has certainly proven a worthy (wordy?) read. Or entertaining, at least.

Thanks you very much, keep up the good work.

Alliance? Yes, absolutely. But the Federation has received a lot of attention during the Beta and the early launch with the Eranin war, the Onionhead crisis and the disappearance of President Halsey. I can't say I feel left out...

In general I guess it's just easier to write about a feudal war of succession than about the intricacies of democratic societies...
