Unfortunately that is up for debate at the moment working for some not for others.
Not necessarily wrong. I bought a discounted Clipper at Kamito a couple of weeks ago. Sadly, these discounts are not always reliable. For starters, FD is not always good about informing when these discounts end. I have also seen other discounts disappear only to reappear the next day or two. I've learned that it's good to jump on a discount as soon as I hear about it (assuming is something I want) and try to keep a credit reserve to be able to act on it. Sometimes you just have to be patient and consider the discount a bonus when you can take advantage. For the initial months after release, ship discounts that everyone could take advantage of were very rare.

I have visited kamito 1 time per day the last 3 days never any discount at all and worse the station screen says it's a uncontrolled system?

Updated Patreus and Hudson discount to show broken as of today. Updated some of the "last verified" too.
Regarding the Clipper. The Devs have messed with the ship recently allowing non Baron ranks to buy it meaning it may have been accidentally modified.
We have also had 2 powerplay updates since then, its possible another player has jumped in and claimed the system. Im out of game so can't check. I will verify what the situation is tomorrow at some point.
Finally this is a community kept list and all information is given with best intentions, if the information is wrong is probably because things have changed, we do not have any more access to the developer code or information than any other player.

I am sorry it's not wrong just needs verification as others are still getting it discounted but I am not? I am sitting at kamito newcomb hub waiting for any change.
This list has been very useful to me and I appreciate the OP for starting it as well as keeping it up to date - not an easy task considering how much these discounts have fluctuated and have been broken. +1
So I just flew out to kamito and the Clipper is indeed for sale for 18,951,481 CR ... but ... I can't buy it due to it requiring Serf or higher ... did the open purchasing by any Empire rank end?

10% Imperial ship discount = denton patreus world = no more discount if system no longer controlled by denton patreus
Go to another DP system that sells clippers. LP 940-115 has both clipper and courier and good outfit selection
Been to Gliese 868 - Bacon Port - Hudson Territory.
Discount on weapons confirmed as broken.
Been to Lausang - Black Station - Patreus Territory.
Discount on Imperial Ships confirmed as active - Clipper for 19mil (ish).
If anyone does not see the Clipper as discounted in Patreus Territory then it is a bug. Be double sure that the system you are in is in fact Patreus controlled or exploited.

If you get either ship at May City get a slightly better fsd and a small scoop and head to Seleru Bao since the 15% outfitting discount applies there. It's about 80 ly away so only takes a few minutes. Just did that to outfit a new Courier.
edit: just saw that you posted the same system a couple of posts before mine. So I guess this is just an FYI for anyone else.

Just stopped off in Dinda system, Ravenclan's Astro Lab station on my way to Seleru Bao. They have the Anaconda for 124,924,034 as well as the Python for 48,431,453 plus a couple of others on discount like the Diamondback and Cobra. Not much in terms of parts availability for my Python though.

However anyone else thinking of grabbing themselves a bargain - you'll need to sell off your Python's shields and weapons to get out of the system (locally outfitting does not have FDS). Once you've lost weight, head off to LTT 17422 Khayyam dock where you can pick up a B5 FSD that will allow you to travel normally.
Not trying to derail the thread but just as many of the last posts were mentioning discounts around Lembava area check out the ABROCII system if you're looking to do some RES hunting for credits to go shopping with in the 15% off zone. It's 1 jump to neighbouring Seleru Bao with the A7 power plants. Lots of high Res sites and lots of stations all in a bunch. Crap parts selection but good for rearm and repair. Currently at 7m after 2hrs hunting. Enjoy
