But the part about the SHAPE, in the other thread, is very different.
So I repeat it: he knows just a bit of information, then he speculates on it.

Not being funny but if a big group of people have all contributed time and effort to a cause then it's not really fair to go messing round and lose it within a few hours because you're not up on the dangers. Yes I know accidents do happen but accidents are all too common with UAs and pretending they don't happen is going to result in repeatedly wasting everyone's time.

Been around reddit long enough to spot an attention wh*re when I see it. I'd give this guy a solid 8 out of 10.
Feeling a little despondent sat docked in my cobra, even the monkeys have stopped typing. As I sit in this station the morse is taunting me, anyone know if the morse within stations is generally different to the UA's broadcast in the same system?

I'm pretty fresh to this whole thing, so forgive me for being off the major lines of enquiry.
The blue flashes I saw in this amonia world video remind me of the blue lightning effects from a capital ship jumping in, seen here. Could this link the device to witchspace (which we know the thargoids are quite adept at using to their advantage).
And I know this might sound like heresy, but has anyone just shot one of these things? Laser fire, mining laser, kinetics, etc. ?

We don't have enough UAs to test all the weapons but mining lazors and a few normal lazors have been tried. The issue is that we lack any precedent to try a weapon as nothing would indicate that kind of action.
