Out of interest, anyone having luck finding anything more in HR 1185? I went there last night and had several WSS/SSS (nothing useful) and even some NPCs in an asteroid belt... but today, nothing.

Maybe a new thread is a good time to step back and reassess things? I mean, looking back, the last direct "clue" (i.e., a statement that was unquestionably intended as a hint, from a source with unquestionable knowledge of the entirety of the secret) was "have you listened to them", after which we were told that the devs literally couldn't think of any additional clue they could give that wouldn't spoil the entire thing.

Now, look at the various theories being bounced around currently, and try to think of any hint that could be given, if the theory is correct, that you could give that wouldn't have revealed the final answer.

I think we already know the answer, we just don't wanna spoil all the seemingly endless fun we're having in these threads...

We've been over this multiple times over the course of the UA Trilogy™ (This is officially what this thread series will be called from now on, for I HAVE DECLARED IT SO), and it always degrades back to random "theories" pulled out of people's posteriors. Of course, there have been some good ideas, but the only major breakthrough there has been was the morse.

Very quiet today for me, pulse rose a little when a T9 and 2 Anaconda's spawned, but quickly fell when scan revealed antiquities.
Other Cmdrs have been here, can't speak for them.
But now that you mention asteroid belts, haven't been to them.

Any Beethoven / Napoleon ever been connected with these UAs? The tune it plays is a lot like a theme in the Eroica Symphony - with one note a little flattened.

I'm glad you asked that; Alas, no - we've encountered an issue integrating alien technology into the Mac - we're awaiting the next next version of OSX to drop: 'El Thargoidian' before this can be brought to our Mac friends.

I'd just like to add - this current flippency of mine is brought to you by the Glenlivet 18 yr old. And is likely to continue until I am no longer able to operate my phone in the usual manner; and instead have to resort to using the tip of my nose, with said phone held in my numb, numb fingers

Nah, we know it does purr, and it deals damage to your ship's internals, like a little alien embryo.
It also does cry to be fed with h-fuel.
