You have a knack of getting really good sound recordings - good enough that I can hear what you mean even through my Nexus 5's weedy speaker (which now works on Twitch! Finally!)

Might just re-use of one or two audio assets - but either way it's a reminder not to ignore those 'roid belts ;)

...not that I'm likening Mrtree to a coffee revel - no-one on this Earth deserves that.

I was just taking some time off the tinfoilhattery and was hoping that the UA-stock would increase,
by having less active hunters, when i came across a sign directly from "RAXXLA".
It was always right under our noses:

- Muddy Waters' guitar is under suspicion and is currently being hyper-analysed by some overzealous scientists. Legal representation has already been sought.

or maybe im lying, who knows so many questions without answers, it's one thing to make a claim but confirm it. I could just be teasing you guys or I could tell the truth who knows :*() !

One thing is 100% sure you guys are over-thinking, read the back of the cereal box he said.

I believe that they were very close to getting somewhere - just didn't put UAs close enough together. :D obvious rookie mistake :D

Do we have a list of keywords we've already tried to communicate with UA through local chat?

If you read back you will find me saying we can't see the wood for the trees so I am with that.

However, two options you say? You are lying, thanks for that or you had a theory and cheated to find out if it was right, thanks for that.

Not ideal on either count really sorry to seem negative but we aren't keen on option one or two to be honest.

I think there's a possibility that the UA sounds and the scanner sounds share some assets. The sound design team really seems to like things that sounds like purrs, or ratchets, or maybe a zip tie being pulled.

I think a thorough survey of Pleione could be on the cards.

Military convoys are spotted now and again across populated space and their comms chatter suggests mysterious cargo on board.
A little discrete scanning identifies an 'Unknown Artifact' among their cargo.
Some more forceful investigation reveals the recovered UA to be a decidedly alien looking object with unusual visual/audio properties.
Two questions (among many others :) )present themselves "Where are they being taken to?" and the possibly more intriguing "Where have they come from?".
A stroke of luck, or possibly justifiable curiosity given recorded events from Elite history, leads to somebody discovering free-floating UAs in several systems in the Pleiades.
A short distance away is a system called Pleione, where once was discovered the wreck of the ship 'Turner's Quest'. Nearby, a destroyed Thargoid ship had scattered Alien Artifacts out into space.
Is it still out there?

That's just your opinion, all I'm saying is everything is subjective this is the internet after all or maybe I'm just smarter than the rest of you or maybe I'm just cocky.

You know take it for what it is, I could also tell you that someone else already found the answer not too long ago, would you believe me ?

Read the back of the cereal box, I am going to sit here and watch this discussion evolve like I did for the past 2 months because those egyptian theories are popcorn worthy.

Thanks to you, Ratking15, Britain, Branch, Clavain et al for organising and recording. If that wasn't close enough then I don't know what was. So either we cross it off, or it wasn't enough...

Cross it off I'd say, and move on.

On another note - never ceases to amaze me how cool it is watching these player-piloted ships moving around. There's something pretty amazing about that, but can't quite put my finger on exactly what. It just is.

I think it was just exhausted from the intensive testing schedule you put it through so took it's chance to escape. And it knew you would find another one within a couple of hours anyway :D
