You got value for money, wish i got the life time pass, paid £90 so far, thats for Elite Dangerous BETA & Horizon Beat but with all the features coming it money well spent at least FD not copying some other company and ripping players off
I bought my lifetime pass waaaay back in 2012 and I have to admit at times I've thought I wasted my money but ohh am I happy today. Sitting pretty now
Always thought it was a good gamble, paying off now though.
Ditto, my £35 Investment in the lifetime pass is looking very good value already.

Well I have two accounts both with life time, one from KS and one from a few weeks ago so I already did that. Basically so I can play two commanders and when any one comes round we can wing up and have fun
The £100 I spent on Premium Beta way back now looks like money well spent. I would have liked everything recently announced last December, but I'm happy that my faith has been somewhat restored with this news. The new release won't probably live up to my expectation, so I will set my hopes lower in order to be amazed and awed at FD's progress over the last year.

Bought some paint jobs last month.
I bought the lifetime pass (and some paint jobs) before I found out it's not open to us boxers so my joy at the new content is mirrowed by my sorrow at not reading the fine print but overall finding ED has been nothing but fun so far. (yes I could open a ticket yes I could ask for a refund but I think il just leave my money in FD every little counts)
How can you say it paid off. The following seasons may not bring as much new content. The game may die.
I have no problem paying per season. If all goes to plan ed will get more funding and the value for money at full price is great.
Whoose to say you will still be playing at the point you break even. Life is funny like that.
I can afford lifetime pass but skipped. If ed keeps to its word and forfills its potential it will have my money.
Put it another way. We are all passionate about this game and yet by having a lifetime pass we are limiting therir funds as lets face it we will all buy content if its good.

Noone of you has to buy the lifetime season pass in future! They need more money from you all!!!
I backed at KS, going by current prices and exchange rates, I already broke even. It's all gravy from here.
