These mission are still out there to be had, but you must be at least Tycoon to take advantage of the 'BIG' ones. For more high payout smuggling go to Robigo with an ASP, or for high payout cargo missions go to Takurua with a Python.

Good Fuel Scoop is as essential as Oxygen if going to do these mission as you will cross a big belt of none scoopable stars, with fuel getting very low, and additional tank should also be considered, or find a station stop off along the route!

Planning is essential in these mission, and Interdiction's will be like flies around dog pooh! Run or fight, up to you, but be prepared to do either (Or both if you want) Expect to put 4 good hours into this, but you WILL reep the rewards! I am nearing my next goal very rapidly (1 Billion of Credits).

All good points I went for extra tanks and one pit stop in either direction. One by product of the pit stop is by luck I have found three other sites not generally mentioned that spawn lucrative missions as well.

On the interdiction front I don’t seem to get that many although I always have illicit cargo on board. Neither are they particularly lucrative to melt. So these days unless I am interdicted on the way to the station I just submit, boost and jump, saves time as well

With smuggling now brutally rare, there's good money to be had hauling. I hear the 1.5 cargo requirements in these have shot up to 50-160 so be ready to switch to Python or a Condie. Tried a couple in a Condie and even with a 28-mil 6A scoop they're a major pain in the backside. I am still enjoying them though

I made 78 millions today in 6 hours, with a 96t cargo ASP.

I'm assuming you're saying they tied the cargo to missions? I really like that, actually. They should sort out the relogging exploit (yes, I call it an exploit because it is one) as well. Out of pure curiosity I tried it once and made 22 million in about 25 minutes. I'm sorry but that's not right.

Don't get me wrong Commander I'm not calling you an exploiter in my above comment, by no means. I actually applaud your ingenuity. IMO though, the game shouldn't allow it, that's all.

I'll go ahead a throw a system out there.

During the boom, I was using a few systems near WIKMUNG (Vess Terminal) that
took me 260 Ly or so away to the ORANG area. Big Cash!

Go see if Lrs are still popping up there and i'll even Rep ya, if I can tear

Smuggling missions got heavily nerfed,and aditionally fixed in 1.5. beta. most of the big payout missions now require you to deliver 150 instead of 10t of goods.On the bright side there are new missions now with decent payout to deliver or do stuff 15-30ly away.

Look, I'm 40 years old, I have kids, I played this game when I was 12 years old, and play this game today with all this modern tecnology is a inexplicable joy for me.

I play 99% the time at solo mode, I'm too old to command 2 joysticks, a keyboard, etc... and I'm especially old to make new friends. So, even thinking the concept is lame, I can make quick money with this method, have cool ships, and enjoy this game that I love sice I was kid.

Every time a sit to play my wife gets a bad mood, and make quick money help me to spending a little less time in the game, so this missions are really handy for guys like me.

I am over 50 years old, have the same kind of wife as you (Where concerned with playing ED ) so have the same issue as you mention. The bio waste missions are strange i agree, why pay millions to have your excrement shifted 400+ Ly's, but as a true and tru TRADER in this game i don't ask Why, i say OK, I'll do it?

Look at a real life long distance Lorry Driver? Does he ask why do you want this 40 ton load delivered to the bottom of Italy from Scotland?? No he just sees a profit if he can deliver the goods in the time given! So forget the word 'Bio Waste' and just think of it as a Load of Profit to be delivered from here to there!

BTW, if your English is not your first language, you have done remarkably well, perhaps better than some English born contributors, well done my Friend.

Just keep doing the missions and don't think of it as 'Pooh' just look at your Bank balance when you have delivered the load of S...............T

Its money, but for me its so funny, every time I deliver I think, take this and give my money you crap freak! LOL

I think they could implement some unique goods to be hauled long distance, but no rares.

They could use things like, diplomatic bagagge, or dead celebrity personal objects, or rare artwork. This would justify loads of money for the run.

Wow thats really to deep for me? As i stated i don't look at the Cargo contents, i have not a care what it is, i will get it to B from A via C, D, E...........Z and only look at PROFIT!!!

BTW, I actually don't look at what the cargo is, i just accept the mission if i get a big PROFIT!... Like my Signature say's "Traders are Selfish, Me i'll sell anything inc FISH!!!"
