hey all, i just wanted to suggest that we not be so quick to dismiss this image as insignificant. i mean, couldn't it have been intentionally leaked by the devs as a sort of clue or route marker?
also, many seem to be discounting in due to the green hue of the star, but i have to say that it looks strikingly similar to recent screenshots of my own from Merope:

the last image is just to compare the planet size of Merope 1 which could potentially be the planet in the original - even though the 19 day orbit of 1C is not currently aligned to show both the planet and the star as in the photo. also note that 1A and 1B have a binary orbit around each other and that either could potentially be the planet in the image from the surface of the other.
though the current orbits may be off I believe the same stars and general point of view is relatively accurate and similar to the original image, suggesting more evidence pointing toward the Merope system - though now with potentially an increased accuracy pointing to a specific landable planet. from what i could tell planets 1A, 1B and 1C are the most similar POVs to the image.
just saying, until proven otherwise, we may not want to wave this off as nothing.
