I'd like to know too. I'd like to create a player created PMC with a group of 20 people or so. But it seems as if this thread has died a while ago. (My first post on this forum by the way.)

Hello This is me and my 8 freinds faction and want to be added to the list though im not sure how this would work ingame i made a forum registration but how is it tied to my ingame name and stats etc. Also how do i know which systems have player controlled and who have not as i want to pick a system for us beside the empire as we are pledged to them atm. Hi all, just as an update to this... If you've submitted your group on or before December 18th, I have you added into our internal list (note: this does not guarantee that you'll have your group added into the game right this moment!). I do apologise for the delay with this, there's a lot of group submissions! I am still working through the submissions.
Additionally, I'll be spending most of this week doing validation checks for the minor factions group submissions. If there are issues, I will be sending you an email back stating what is missing or what other details that are required. As always, the emails will be originating from my email of bcooper @ frontier.co.uk.

So, I've been lurking a long time and finally got up the gumption to ask a mundane question. I just recently applied to register a group for the future purpose of us starting a player faction. Although I have not received confirmation of our group being registered, I know you guys are super busy and I'm not complaining I promise, I was wondering if it would help you guys if I sent along our faction i nfo as well so it could be all sorted together?
If not, no biggie. It was just a thought I had while contemplating taking over the universe.

The -RANGERS- have been trying to register for a very long time we have been asked to try again that would make it five times, even though we are one of the oldest groups to be playing ELITE DANGEROUS.

We've also applied. however i havent heard anything back (yet) submitted on the 17th of December.
We have a fast growing community and would like to make elite one of our core games.

Applied on Dec 7th for group status and never got a reply. Should i try again? or will the New Group list be published?

We have not received any.
Why not updated official list? This can be done in 5 minutes - it is so hard? What may be rational reasons not to do so?
Without the actual official public list, the statement about the relevance of the internal list look like subterfuge.
