hi ya great fix's thank you ,,
but im afraid back to personal
its saving all my data now, and no errors when i enter that section,,
only 1 issue , faction ranking,, i enterd my current ranks imp = master ,,,, fed = warrent ,,, alliance = = none,
apon saving for some reason i have become imp = lord,, fed = midshipman ..

i have no error msg to show,, would the tce.db file help i will upload if need be

I wouldn't unless Eventure confirms it is definitely ok. They were still needed in the Beta testing and are still listed by Eventure in the prerequisites due to MkI database transfer.

I have the same problem. I am in an area of space I haven't been in since TCE Mk I but everything works except the System Summary Panel. If I exit TCE and then restart TCE the Summary panel displays correctly while TCE is starting. If I then reopen the Summary Panel it is all blacked out. Everything else works fine. I can plot trade routes, TCE suggests Trade routes etc.

Just to add a little more info I upgraded to 9.9.4 just before starting to play and even when I fly to a barren system that only has a sun the Summary panel is still blank as per the screenshot.

Just move the font or window size and move it back again on the slide bar, should help the immediate problem.

Hi Eventure,

First at all, I can see that the tool is improving with the time and it is already great so great work !!

Then, few questions as I don't find the answer anywhere :
- How do I make the summary panel open from bottom to top and not from top to bottom ?
- How do you setup the current position ? TCE is setting my current position after market creation. Meaning that if I am in coriolis station A (because I have a cutter) but I want to register 2 other outpost, it will setup my current position on the last one I have entered. Is it working as intended or am I missing something please ?
- How is working the search route as it is not working for me. I don't have any bug, just saying that it doesn't find a route despite easy criteria that I have entered. Is this feature working normally ? Best 1-way trade is working on its side. Could be doing something wrong so I prefer to ask.

After the questions, bug that I have found so far on my side :

- Every time I am clicking on the Connect button, it is processing then I have error message (see below), click on it, it disappears and prices are updated. Not a showstopper but it happens all the time when updating prices. Must be link to my db I assume

- other bug is when I am trying to use the "search route" functionalities. Like said above, it doesn t send me back a route (maybe my fault) but when I am clicking on "No route find on the given filter settings" , it is generating an error that is stopping TCE.

Thanks for the suggestion and I tried it but no luck. The only time the Summary Panel displays correctly is when TCE is loading, after that it is always black.
edit - my bad. I misread your post and didn't resize it but instead moved it to a different position. I am finishing up for the night and if there is no fix by tomorrow night I will try it then.
edit 2 - It only took a couple of minutes to check and the feedback is worth it for Eventure. You are 100% correct. Altering the Summary screen size brings the text back until the screen is closed. You need to do this each time to see the information on the summary screen.

Hi Eventure and all TCE2 users

Eventure, thanks for dealing with my last post re the offset in the flight log and the colouring in the Navigation Panel. However it appears that you may have been confused which one was which. I now notice in 0.9.9.4 that the offset problem is still in the flight log - see below

and has been introduced into the Navigation Panel in respect of the colouring

Some help required from the rest of you commanders - how do you enter location details (other than stations) for points of interest, extraction sites etc? I know that Eventure took out some of the TCE1 functionality such as activities but the Stored Locations tab on the Navigation Panel would seem to indicate that there is some of the functionality still there - the only problem is I cannot see how to enter it!

You're correct that feature has been removed, but any stored locations you had created in MK.I are maintained.

Hi, is it possible to remove a station (marketplace) that I have added?

In the 'Market Database Operation' window I can see the option to DELETE ENTRY, however clicking MODIFY ENTRY, selecting the station and clicking DELETE ENTRY does not actually delete the station from the database.
.
In the 'Navigation' window I can see the station highlighted in the 'Stored Locations' tab and I notice their is a 'X' which I thought might also be a delete option, but does not appear to work.
.
I am guessing removing database entrys is not implemented yet or possibly bugged?

Please use the DELETE ENTY button and select a market from the dropdown appearing below.

Select the FLIGHT LOGBOOK, select an entry with "Sector" displaying and click the button "ADD LOGBOOK ENTRY TO STORED LOCATIONS" below, enter all required data and save it.

I don't see this in MK.II, no coloring for me?

EDIT: I do now that I've selected. COLORING STATE AT NAVIGATION PANEL

Although the colour highlighting isn't consistent.

Error when scrolling to the bottom of NAVIGATION > STAR SYSTEM PANEL.

Open NAVIGATION PANEL and scroll to the bottom of the list, with mouse wheel or scroll bar.

Only happens in the STAR SYSTEM TAB

TCE recovers and no obvious issues seen.

Investigated the issue and the problem is your imported logbook from TCE Mk.I.
I wrote a fix for it (applied on loading), because the problem could affect imported logbook data from all users.

The coloration of rows got a fix too, to display properly.

I am. Fixing TCE asap is in my personal interest. You ask why?
When playing ED and using TCE myself, I will find bugs or issues here and there, which have to be fixed first to play further.
So I stopped playing, until most of the issues are out to get back into ED again. I can't play ED without TCE anymore.

CAVEAT: Only reporting as it could cause issues later down the line with other stations with the same names causing this issue.

An issue with DB not showing the correct STATION but the CURRENT STATUS is displayed correctly.

As you can see above.

Changing from one LISKA PORT to the other doesn't change the STAR SYSTEM from LHS 2948

DB contains the correct information for both LISKA PORT'S

DB after making changes shows that LHS 2948 has been changed also.

Restarted TCE after reverting the changes made back to previous settings. DATABASE > NAVIGATION, still shows both LISKA PORTS at LHS 2948.
