For those who want, you can copy my sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ePFv6u8Qs7klS5MgUTTvWC07k-P4VS0kDInomvRkqAE/edit?usp=sharing and use it for yourself. It now also auto-generates this table above in the "Forum export" tab (it also generates an optional Trello dump format in the main tab if you want). I realise several are using their own sheet and this stuff is just optional and that's fine, but maybe some people would like to try it out because they struggle with logging the forum posts and if this helps them why not.
Thank you SO much for this! I've duplicated those particular sheets into my own Exploration Sheet and modified the links so the functions work.
BTW, you can specify a range in Google Sheet.
Instead of =counta(A1,B1,C1,D1,E1) you could use =counta(A1:E1)
You have a lot of cell concatenation going on, so I thought it would make things simpler if it used ranges instead.

Oh yeah, how do you copypasta the table from the Forum Export sheet into the forum and maintain the formatting?

Thx for the tips, I didn't think of it while doing it :)

You simply copy the whole table and paste it in the post. In advanced mode I increase width to 1200 and surround it with border.

Ohoho! I can see this being VERY useful! :)
I've extended the functionality by taking the table on "Forum Export" and adding the following to cell U2. I then copied it into the whole column U.
Code:
=if(F2<>"","[tr][td][/td][td]"&C2&"[/td][td]"&D2&"[/td][td]"&E2&"[/td][td]"&F2&"[/td][td]"&G2&"[/td][td]"&H2&"[/td][td]"&I2&"[/td][td]"&J2&"[/td][td]"&K2&"[/td][td]"&L2&"[/td][td]"&M2&"[/td][td]"&N2&"[/td][/tr]","")
It checks that there is a planet identifier entered in column F and displays the BBcode for the table row with the cells populated with the data.
All you need to do is create the table in Advanced edit, then copy the rows in column U that you want to paste between the TABLE /TABLE tags.
It's too late to do it tonight, but instead of 2 sheets (Work & Forum export) I'll see if I can compress the extraction, formatting and output into a single cell per row to copy directly to the forum from the "Work" sheet.

Updated the system for completion and found 6 A has Yttrium+3 on c2-11 as well, marked the changes in bold, see 8C since wrongly mentioned in OP (thx to CMDR iureka for the help!)
Thanks a lot, I've put order in the list following your suggestions and now the entry should be complete and accurate. I've added a pic of a wing prospecting there for the sake of it.
Tonigh i rock ratted too, from prospecting side an horrible entry, but a nice superficial feature I will post in next update.

Update is incomplete yet

CMDRs Eisen, Anuranium, Micka, Akira Masakari.

That was quite an intense day with Elite yesterday for me, first nearly dying on a 0.16g-moon (Yeah, shame on me), then dashing back to the bubble, meeting with a commander on the way to take his found occupied escape-pods back to the bubble, repaired my ship at HR6241, then picking up some Waters of Shinrarta for our flagship CMDR Olivia Vespera, dashing back and crowning this exceptional day with our meeting on this 2g Icy-World. One of the best days in Elite ever!

That was a great system! Even though I very nearly pancaked into CMDR Eisen's ship on approach (did someone say they had a video?) - and this after landing in a nearby system on a 2.56G world without shields.. Please kids, don't fly while sleep-deprived!

Btw, Lagoon Sector BQ-Y d84 which is nearby has an ELW, sorry, forgot to get a system screenshot.

Hi Zenith, feel free to do what you want with it, if you want I can create edit rights for you, if you want to share idea's and stuff.
The most important missing feature for me right now is an auto export to the monster sheet.
Been thinking on how to approach that.
Could make Excell sheet for it. Not made up my mind yet.
Since there is also EDSM which acts as a database and has an API. How do EDSM and monster sheet relate in future ? No clue.

Woot! Another green system!!!!!
I'm starting to think that, as already suggested, if a system has enough bodies it tends to go green. For this reasons the real treasures seems to be the polonium+4 systems and little less the Yttrium+4 systems. Probably is faster to bounch between 2 close systems that have these planets than to go in a gree a system and have to change planet frequently.
Horizon is new, we learn as we go, and nevertheless green systems are always welcome, but red systems (polonium +3 or better) seems to be the more difficult to find.

Going on with updates.

There must be a typo here. The system i've underlined in red it's the same name than basecamp 02, wich is not 195LY from Herschel 36, but 10 or less. So it's either wrong the system name or the distance from Herschel 36

Here's some more from the first system I did in NGC and one a bit further across in the other direction. I think that finishes off the close by Planets in NGC 6357 Sector TJ-Q B5-10 and leaves you with a system containing all jump mats (I think!)
