Question, does a UA normally damage your ship while you are in an SRV?
Edit: Seems to be taking very slow damage with 3 MAs in my hold while I am out of the vehicle.
I have ejected the UA and it is not losing HP
I have left the UA behind as a result, with 3 meta alloys for nourishment, becoming the first step in a serious of "planting" operations.

wait you can plant the UA? or is this a test to see if you can grow a barnacle?
It is already well known that an UA deployed from an SRV does not decay (see OP for further info on that).
Furthermore, the planting experiment was already done with no result.
If you exit the instance the UA cease to exist as usual: the UA seeding idea is a good idea indeed, but only in theory: unfortunately it is not supported by any game mechanic at all.
Anyway, REP for the effort and the good will.

A UA may have it's own unique flags when left in the right soil as it does when left at a black market. I will try dropping my next with 12 MAs, then call it good.

Interesting find. Though it probably just mean the pilot ejected. Perhaps part of the mechanism takes the chair out.
I'm sure the other crashed conda that obsidian ant done a vid on had the pilot seat! This could be something!..

Would be worth a second look.
By the way, I don't know if it has been noted (certainly has to be, didn't see it in the OP though), but the "cargo racks" at the Annie contain vary rare mats for AFM ammo. Clearly a UA hauler.

Could this be something! Pilot seat missing! "The Missing"? Cane Massy crates part of the puzzle? Or have I been using my tin foil hat as a whisky jug for to long?.. Maybe the DBX is not the first cloned ship, the conda was but it crashed spilling its goods out and now there looking for the cargo and the stuff growing because of it!..
I think the Conda is human. If it was alien, I doubt it would send out the mayday signal.
I belive the barnacles or UAs arived the Pleiades as a result of human actions.
The Conda could be connected to this.
