This argument about people being reported for stream sniping is one of the stupidest things I have seen on this forum, and that is saying something.
Do you think that even if they did report people for stream sniping after they publicly invited people to stream snipe them FDev are daft enough to do something about it?
Obviously not.
This is just a cheap shot because some members of this community don't like any kind of PvP and particularly SDC.
I can't help thinking that if it was a PvPer baiting the PvE community in the same kind of way it would be dealt with quickly.
I hope FDev recognizes how creative game design and gameplay COULD be. If they only would understand that a lot of fun lies in the multiplayer part of the game. But they only focus on PvE.

All of which you could argue are more PvE oriented (except CqC).
Hmm, I could see that with community goals maybe but at current:
Wings is practically a requirement necessary for PvP and was something that was asked for by that specific area of the community. I guess it benefited both a lot.
CG's are now the hotbed of PvP, you see more there than anywhere else in the galaxy except organised events so I'd argue that one.
Ship Fighters and Multicrew - Ok we don't know the implementation but I can't imagine many people using multicrew in PvE unless there is a very large benefit or the difficulty is ramped up dramatically..
As you say CQC is PvP.
I guess a lot have crossover but the point I was trying to make is that PvP is drastically different now since 1.0 and has not really been ignored in any of the updates.
Sure there's a few balance issues and it'd be nice to mix up the meta but right now I can't see that much wrong with PvP assuming the C4 hardpoints changes things up again which will be funAnyway, one thing I am sure of is that i'm off topic so I'm going to keep quiet as of now. Sorry folks!
