Parked at WP18 again, and the Galaxy is rising over the mountains!

Met up with CMDR Halcyone not too far from WP 18 for some comradeship and advice. It was a desolate spot with a massive Gas Giant framing the landing area. The Lakon Type 7 looked very imposing against the stellar backdrop. The video is a rough and dirty edit of some of the pics I took so apologies for the quality:

Hah, photos of my terrible flips I lucked into a really great landing spot there, I wanted the gas giant in the sky anyway. As it turned out, it was very photogenic.
Good to meet up with you and I'll see you at Beagle. I can fly out with the Asp and help you prospecting when you're close, there are a few green systems there. At least you won't need any J3, so we don't have to search for loads of super-rares.
Are you on the Discord chat? There's always someone on and it can offset some of the boredom.

Terrible flips? Not at all - you were grace personified if tumbling about off-kilter in 0.13g is a definition of grace! Looking forward to seeing you later in the Beagle area. I will need all the help I can get when it comes to prospecting, I fear . . .

With a heartfelt thank you to CMDR Patrecleus for some much-needed assistance in prospecting, I can finally say that this old Lakon Type 6E has arrived this evening at Beagle Point - and what a marvellous, lonely, wonderous place it is. The only word which comes to mind is 'sublime'.
