Are you sure it hasn't updated already? I updated my Xbox version earlier and am now seeing the "Maintenance" message once you get through the intro screens (as expected). There is a way to check the version number but I can never remember what it is, someone in the Xbox forum section will know.

I am beginning to think it did update already. Checked with my ISP and I've already used over 10GB today, normal usage on a daily basis is 3 to 4 GB. Color me stupid. I just wish I could look at the game to see the version number.
