My question was to the good doctor, I thought he meant SEPP as that is all I am putting in the 1st post, for now.

No problem, I thought he mentionned the list in the second post
Quick query: I don't see anything in the lists section about anyone having collected together the 'Tip-Off' locations. I got one of these tip-offs today after doing a big donation at Jaradharre and it was not one I remember seeing mentioned elsewhere on the forums, although when I went there I did see other commanders (in Open). I'm not sure where to post details and I'm not sure I have time to maintain a list myself.
Someone opened a thread about this one or two days ago. Is there anything interesting to see there?
Great, I must have missed it; I'll go through the last couple of days' threads again.
This particular tip-off was on Avan A 2 (-36.98/127.39) and only had a crashed Condor. There was a bonus: the planet has Yttrium. It was a bit dangerous as it's in an inhabited anarchy system; I winged up with another commander there and he got shot down by a NPC Vulture.
Hmm. Some tip-off. Better go exploring then. :/

the only part of these lists, which i personally have used extensively (thank you @dognosh for keeping it updated that long!), wich he decided not to include (for good reasons), are the diaries and logs.
If somebody wants to collect and update those in a thread, please feel free to do so - we might consider a sticky for it, if it gets traction.
