Are you sure? is it possible there's a cipher located elsewhere?

I'm interested in knowing how you came to that conclusion.
I was hoping to see some thing interesting in the NPC chatter. While it's tailored to the UP, I think it's most likely random / none specific. It seems to repeat the same in both systems, or give variants of the same messages. Talking of test sites, orbital testing. No co-ordinates are mentioned. The only thing I see specifically mentioned is from the following:

I am interested in the route the convoy took, ross 47, yes we have found them there before, but why do they go to that station, why was the mission a success in reaching that system (and maybe that station) if other UP's are in that station, what happens if we honk a UP close to it, is there anything else in that system, questions....questions.... wish i could find a UP too.
I think main issue is that people look for things on the planets.
1. UA are in the game before planetary landing was possible
2. FDevs already stated that Thargoids can be meet in encounters since initial game

What if we are looking for a derelict star ship, or station that is orbiting somewhere?
If you cannot select it any way it will not be visible to you until you get really really close

"Orbital Testing" is an interesting phrase to just drop in there though, isn't it? considering one of the symbols of the message looks a little like an instruction to go into orbit...
I'm aware rizal did some orbital testing of his own (dropping the UP and honking it in free fall). But were they at 'designated coordinates'?

Several are explorers (Farseer, Alvira) and all require exploration distance for access. Palin in particular requires parts of the probe, but the others might mention something?

find the designated co ordinates, sit within 5ls of the planet orbiting until u get a signal source and pick up the key to the next stage

Maybe a bit of reverse engineering required from all of you audio experts, if you had a coordinate say -26.3515 and -156.4056 how would you put these into a basic picture ?
I wholeheartedly disagree. IMHO the image means nothing on its own in its current state. It needs to either become "active" or can be used to understand other data

Isn't that what essentailly every largely unfounded theory or assumption contrary to that here is trying to do? In a forum based largely on assumptive reasoning it seems a pretty fair statement to make and just as worthy of examination.
