Well played Mr. Brookes... Well Played...

Looking at that image, and specifically the ED logo just to the left of the center, it clearly is garbled on the bottom end. The coloring also changes from "positive" (ie dark) to "negative" (ie light) when crossing the treshold.
Wouldn't this indicate that we need to look more at the bottom part of the UP Reply, and treat "light" as the relevant parts in that section?

You're thinking this might be a kind of 'helper' clue?

I saw the same      on the UP message... now i'm starting to see a pattern here... join these "lines" in one you'll get ELITE ....

You mean the blue disk that shoots by me on left side of the screen when I'm dropping out?
That's not a "blue disk". It's another ship and you're seeing the trailing light that is normal for ships in Supercruise. Looks cool when it passes you at that speed and then turns away, but it doesn't look "alien". Sorry.

Just a quick input here. Too late at night, don't have enough awake braincells to make long theories, sorry.
This picture was taken by Destructionist from when he followed the UP Convoy to Wolf 1453, if I understood his two posts correctly.
Now, looking at that, one thing looks out of place:
Why is the UP Convoy transporting Reactive Armour? I get the Meta Alloys, but I don't understand why it was deemed necessary to bring the other item in the hold. From the ingame description it looks to be armour for personell, and shouldn't really have any effect on a ship. Still, maybe, just for the hell of it, someone can pick up...oh...let's say 6 of these, along with 10 Meta Alloys, the next time a UP is recovered? It certainly can't hurt to try to do exactly what the NPCs/Feds are doing with the UPs "for science."

This is a military ship and its logical that they holds reactive armor :|

Guys if you recorded something and uploaded it to soundcloud or youtube, please post direct link to audio (dropbox, google drive), and if you upload sound to soundcloud please enable "download track" option.

Sure. But if the bottom part of the UP Reply wasn't relevant, then you would expect the Elite Logo to be clearly displayed ABOVE the "noise cutoff line" in the "Easter Egg image" as well. This, atleast to me, indicates that when they create these messages they use the whole spectrum, not just the upper part that is clearly visible.

Why? To continue that line of thinking, why aren't they carrying personal weapons then?
They have been sent out to carry out "orbital testing" according to their own comms chatter. Why would they need Reactive Armour for that?

Lets try to think from position of developers. You need add some cargo to military shilps. Meta alloys and artefacts is lore things. But you won't overcargo all ships to avoid loot balance issues and you just add some one military commodity for background.

So headed off to work this morning right after MB dropped the 'testable theory' post (which people were quickly getting spun about). Get home after a beer or two bit ago and there are 30 some odd new pages.
Scanning through them is it fair to say that it's mostly 30 pages of folks essentially picking up the same clues, turning them upside down and looking at them in a mirror to see if they elicit new information but, in fact, we have no real info.

Or was there some other relevant discovery that led to the 30 pages (I don't really see anything).

Time to crank some Procul Harum or Blind Faith really loud and find a free floating UP.
