Won't let me scan it, assume because it's meant to already BE discovered? The guy who posted the original pics on FB happened to have a ship stored there, which he can't access as the station isn't there for him either...most odd.

Haven't you just reversed the process of producing the spectrogram from the sound? i.e. Isn't this just the sound that the UP normally makes (possibly slowed down)?

If there is a message here, is the information in the sound or the image produced from the sound? Given that there is clearly a message in the image, I'm inclined to think that this applies to the left and right hand sides of that image as well as the centre section but if someone discovers something by listening to the tune, that would be cool, too. (Although sadly it would rule me out of future investigations, just like the UA Morse, which I've never been able to perceive).

To clarify a little on my part when I said that it looks fine to me, I meant just the system name itself is still Almagest on my end. I don't have the exploration data for the system so I'll head over there soon to check it out.

Yeah, Barneys are easy to spot though, they pop up from 4km. I must admit that im only checking canyons. Maybe i shouldn't..

Yeah, this one - California Sector DL-Y d4 C 2 ( -1.4133, -141.7319) was found not in canyons or ravines, just on very big hills in yellowish bright zone by luck, i usualy search ravines and wide canyons too.

Bug reported (had my phyton parked there, after the patch -> no more python) lightyears,.. aerm.. weeks ago (beginning of june). Nothing really new here
