It's probably just the mission system taking it's time for whatever reason. Am sure it will eventually show up for you. Guessing you've logged out the game and back in?
Seems from subsequent posts that the details may need ironing out a little, but it's got some substance. Just wish F d had made it a bit cleaner- will slow exploration no end if we've got to drop a UP we're carrying in our CRCR, honk it, record the audio & count the numbers of different tribits before we can decide whether a system has barneys or not.
it would be nice if one of the tribits indicated "cloaked object" & the EMP disabled the cloaking.
Yeah I think it's just good ol' fashioned patience to be honest.

I don't think you need the pulsar. At least not in Elite.
I think any small planet without atmosphere and without a significant magnetic field that orbits in the Van Allen belt of a body with a strong magnetic field could be suitable to harvest antimatter in the form of positrons.
Nebulae are 'full' of ionized hydrogen. That's basically free single protons. These can be used to produce antiprotons. Mix the anti protons with positrons and you have antihydrogen.
That's how they do it in CERN.
The problem is storage. I guess that's where the Meta-Alloy comes in handy.
I think this solution is elegant. Its not easy of course but its there
1) The message is under the circle
2) The first job is to produce a square line square symbol. AKA the voyager circle in a square.
3) On the far left the panel with a < and block under it has a dot adjacent to the block indicating the message is below the line drawing.

3) ON looking on the bottom left - there is a symbol that could conceivably be that square line circle.
4) The bottom quadrant of the sphere has two markings touching the circumference at 210 and 240 degrees. These markings tell you to look at the image from the bottom left, thats how you undistort.
Now working with the best quality audio i could find, the bottom panel doesn't resemble a square line square BUT if you look at it from the bottom left of the image and tilt the screen away it becomes a square....
The borders surrounding the panels are no longer fenestrated, they become solid.
On doing this it becomes apparent there is a second symbol below the first this is a square with a 2 in it and then a square, perfectly vertically aligned.
Take this image and look at it from the bottom left of screeen as if you are at the far left seats of a cinema, and you get a square a line and a square in top far left

The image changes as you look at it from the perspective of the bottom left, just as the sphere asks you to do.
Now in the second panel when viewed from that perspective text begins to line up too. Yes there is noise and other things that could be letters, but as you look from that perspective certain things become clearer.
Now i think i can make out certain letters aligned as i've put in posts, but first see if you agree that there are letters here beginning to be readable.

Now don't decide just yet what these letters may spell - is this suspicously like letters? more so than before? than we are on the right track.

I had to go to the other station in Sirius to get the Qwent invite once everything else was in place.
Don't want to be "that guy", but quite a few things produce antimatter; cosmic rays, gamma rays, thunderclouds to name but a few.
